      This company will not stop calling me. I have asked multiple times over the years, even blocking their number and they continue to call me. The best is the last time they called me I said to remove me from their call list, again, and they proceeded to tell me about their "special offer". Only give you name to this company if you want to be constantly harassed.

      I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Our windows are actively leaking and causing damage to our trim and dry wall. They are claiming its not cover by the warranty which the warranty states it is. We ask for an appt for repair to the windows which we would pay for. The appt day and time comes and they dont show up. The supervisor states they wouldve needed payment before to even come and they arent coming today. Weve had this appt for 2 weeks so why wouldnt they call and ask for payment if thats the case? Now theyre saying they cant do it in the rain. Shouldnt they call before the appt to reschedule? No call or anything. And all they say is sorry about that. What does it take to have a company take care of their customers?? We have over 15 windows on our house with this company so you think they would treat us with some respect and urgency. **** never recommend this company and sick to our stomachs that we are treated this way.

      Very pleased with Castle Windows. In our previous home we had all our windows replaced by Castle and highly recommended them to a friend, who then got a few windows in her home. We had a couple issues over the years but Castle stuck to the lifetime warranty and replaced/repaired what needed to be done. We since sold our home and moved to a new home that needed new windows so i gave Castle a call. ***** and *** are the best!!! They took the time and effort to accommodate us with our purchase. We had all the windows replaced and the installation guys had them all in the same day. They left a few ****** here and there in our molding, and didn't feel that ambitious on hanging our shades and blinds back up (that they removed to replace the windows) but overall we're very pleased with our windows and we highly recommend Castle Windows.

      Installation went fine but the repair work for issues they caused was rescheduled 4 times and is still pending over a month later

      This is a worst business. They are keep calling once they have your phone number. Numerous request to stop calls has not worked. Do not trust them and do not do business with them.

      I can not give a review of the product or even the presentation but I can tell you about how rude the man who came to my house was.This man show up to my house unannounced. I had made two appointments with two other companies. One who came and gave me a quote and the other I canceled because we decided we won't be able to afford windows at this time. I apologized to the man and stated that we did not have an appointment he proceeded to be very rude and explain that he drove an hour and a half to come to my house. I again apologized but said we can not afford replacement at this time anyway so it would be a waste for him to give his presentation. He cut me off and stated it was clearly something we needed and we must be declining because a more expensive company must have come. I explained I was not interested and he proceeded to **** and then say " where is your husband?" Maybe I am overreacting but that is so disgustingly rude. How dare he assume that the answer would have been any different or that I as a woman was not capable of making the decisions in a house that I purchased. This product could be the most amazing, indestructible, well priced product available in the world and I still would not purchase it simply because of that man's actions. My advise is to find better representation for your company.

      I give them zero stars because failed to read e mails and insisted on doing things their way regardless of notifications. Management of condos have rules and regulations. I will never use their services again. All these problems happened prior installation. I fear the worst as a $1000. dollar deposit was required by the complex management.

      We suggest AVOIDING doing business with this company. We had several picture windows installed in Nineteen a cost of Nineteen Thousand. Several of them failed after a year or so but Castle replaced them. However, we still DO NOT have a satisfactory product installed as the windows (there were twelve total replaced/installed ) all have an intermittent but LOUD popping sound emanating from them especially when there are external temperature changes. We provided extensive video of the issue and local installation supervisor **** came out and observed and acknowledged the problem. He stated a solution will be looked into and provided . That was 4 months ago.. **** can only state they are supposed to be working on a solution and repeated emails to customerservice1@. castlewindows.com have been ignored with no response.Castle has left us no choice but to seek legal relief from this apparent attempt to side step and breach the lifetime warranty provided.This has been a most unpleasant customer experience and continues to get worse. It appears Castle has no intention of fixing this problem and honoring their warranty in this instance. Its ridiculous that we seemingly have to get a lawyer to affect a satisfactory installation.

      5-star experience with Castle Windows this year.. Following a lot of back and forth on the design, with ample help from ****** and his install team, my wife and I finally landed on a front door we were 100% committed to. Castle gave us frequent updates when the door was ready and scheduling the install was a breeze. Major kudos to the install team who were prompt, courteous, and most importantly did an amazing job. I was first referred to Castle for their high quality and workmanship and they totally came through to deliver exactly that for our home.
