      They did a nice job they did an okay job of cleaning up the windows are great but they did break one of my bushes I've been waiting for a call back I've never gotten it yet

      We lived in our house for 35 years and had our original wooden windows. I called several window companys and choose Castle Window for a couple of reasons. First, I loved the color choices for the exterior and totally improved the look of my house, besides being very energy efficient. Second, I liked that they are the same company for manufacturing and installation, it made for a smooth process. Love my new windows! Thank you!

      The entire process from the initial sales call through the installation was flawless. The sales representative was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation crew was polite and worked efficiently to get the replacement windows installed.

      Reviewing about a week after installation so can only speak about current customer service rather than long-standing quality of windows. Overall very satisfied with Castle. Our salesman was very helpful. The installation team was quick and clean and scheduling was flexible. Pricing was very reasonable. Looking forward to experiencing the long term effects!
