      SCAM!!! No way to contact the company and get a response.I ordered a watch band and what arrived was NOT what I ordered. They aren't answering any emails or messages on their website. And NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL.Buyer beware!

      Hi guys Im a regular guy and found these guy because I in need of a iPhone 14 pro max **** well they sent me the wrong one , after emails and emails no response and the time frame from return expired well I have been ripped off , this is bad business . Careful if you buy from these guys ; This is my story .

      This company provides no customer service. I made a purchase from them In January, and upon receiving the order, I realized the product did not suit my needs, and started a return merchandise authorization. They sent me the *** number, but did not include the address for the return. This was in early February. I have emailed them several times, as well as submitted a contact form on their website. I have yet to hear back from them, and now I am unable to return the product because it has been more than 30 days since I made the purchase. These charlatans should be put out of business. This is a completely unethical and immoral way running a company.

      Ordered an iPhone case, took over a month to receive and it was the wrong case. Have tried on several occasions and get in touch with them but no reply. Should have known that if there is no phone number then stay away.

      Took 3 weeks and filling a complaint with PayPal before they processed my order. Took a month to get the cell phone case. By then I was forced to buy from another seller. They refused to refund, AND wanted me to pay shipping!!! Thank God for PayPal

      This is a scammy non-responsive company that thrives under the protection of its payment vendors like PayPal, and the online sales model where you buy something and *hope* it is as advertised under the false assumption that it is returnable. They send out $12 mall kiosk products at 'luxury' prices. Pay Pal won't stand behind the many many many complaints that they have received and won't issue refunds accordingly, and even if/when you get to the point of being able to ship your own product back at you own cost, you don't get the refund!?!! The company advertises easy returns.. PayPal has a community forum where suckers like me warn folk about this, which means they are aware of the poor business practices and choose not to deal with it because they also get a percentage of the luxury prices, and don't feel the need to follow through on their promise of protecting consumers because who is going to take this to court over $45...I feel double used.

      Purchased a watch band and a subsequent return after deciding I di not want to keep it. The website will only you to initiate the return but not fully process the return. There are absolutely no phone numbers listed for the company and if there were I would be surprised if anyone even answered. I should have read the reviews below before purchasing the item. The company is a sham!! Do not order anything from this company!!

      Purchased a watch band online; Received a different product. I responded to 1) the order confirmation email 2) the customer service email listed on their site; 3) their contact form on their site with no response. Finally submitted a "return" but they 1) don't provide a shipping label so you must pay to return and 2) no confirmation that I was going to return and 3) no information on HOW to return, such as an address. I emailed again with no response. There is no number to call. The address on their site doesn't match the warehouse that ships the orders so it's not clear where to make the return. It's just short of a scam in that I DID receive a product, but not the one I ordered.

      The company states it is in **, it took almost 2 weeks for delivery from ************ Kong. The item was of extremely poor quality for $50. I found one for about $15 and 100x better!
