  I'm deeply disappointed with this Company. Beware of "Dead Space" charge, the quote will be low balled to trap you into the contract. Using a disclosure of "when they actually pick up your items, they'll be able to identify how much stuff you actually have" disclosure to cover their lies.1. I was never informed of DEAD SPACE, I was told that I would only be charged for the ACTUAL volume of my things. At the end, this includes DEAD SPACE, so if they subcontract to another company who do not prioritizing care AND effective use of space you will be charge for a lot of dead space.2. They will SUB-CONTRACT your pick up.3. I tried to explain and file a complaint requesting remedies for being charged over TWICE the amount I was quoted.4. They are not willing to serve their customer once you paid, TERRIBLE customer service.

  They quote low to get your business, then farm out the move to someone who will then try to grift you into paying more for the exact items you quoted. I removed 15 large duffels from my move and they still tried to increase the price after I had already sent photos of every single item a month in advance. This happened on the pickup day, which seems extremely predatory. 3-5 weeks estimated delivery turned into over 2 months, and on top, they somehow lost an item and the best they could do is offer $50 compensation. Run from this place, no furniture is worth this headache.

  US Relocation: First, we had to request a different contact because our initial contact was calling 3-6 times a day and ignored information/instructions that were given to him, borderline harassment. The new contact was better.For the initial quote we were told to be conservative and that if we used less space our price would be adjusted. We were conservative and extremely careful for the quote in hopes that moving day would go smoothly, despite our best efforts it did not. The initial quote was based on our item list and weight/volume were assigned by the company. These weights/volumes were almost all gross overestimations. At time of moving they would not adjust the price for actual weight/volume and stuck to the overinflated quote. We had also made careful communication about the number of stairs at both locations and were assured several times that we would not be charged extra. We were charged extra at both ends and they would not load/unload until it was paid in full.We are now trying to make a claim on 4 broken items and both companies involved are undervaluing damages.

  Request for a move was made on a Sunday and I was contacted the next day. I spoke to an extremely nice staff, ******, who gave me a complete detail about the move. We discussed about it and we reached an agreement in a few hours. I got the best deal from them. The move was scheduled on the date I requested. Whats even better, I was assigned to a mover who offered a 24 foot truck for a flat fee who will load everything that will fit in it. On the the of the move, 3 guys from ***************** arrived and they were really nice and very professional. It was a same day move with a 5 hour one way. They handled my stuff delicately. After packing and loading over a 3 hour period, they left for my other house. They then unloaded my staff again very carefully. They finished 11:00 PM and they remained very professional and patient and capable. All throughout the process. US Relocation was in touch with me. They deserve a rating higher than a 5 star.Thanks for ****************. Will use them and recommend them in the future.

  They are crooks! Do NOT under ANY circumstances use this so called moving company. They embody every stereotype of nefarious movers! Up charging, changing the quote with little time to do anything about it. For instance, they are listed as a ************************* but, called the day before the move to say they didn't have any storage for a 4 bedroom house, and could I find my own. Then called 3 hours later to say they found storage but it would be DOUBLE the storage price quoted, holding items hostage if you don't pay, The contracted mover '***" told me on the phone they would "take care of me for the inconveniences" but showed up and threatened to take my things back to storage until I called the police, inflated "final' charge, didn't show up on agreed upon date, wouldn't return calls for 2 more days. Packed my home to go to storage with TWO trucks (20 ft and 17 ft) , ONE TRIP! But only sent ONE small 17 foot one to deliver my things, resulting in 4 trips back & forth to storage, resulting in more hours and fees and expected ME to pay for their negligence. Threatening me, movers getting into a physical fight in front of my neighbors, Mover dispatch "*****" trying to negotiate a discount that ended up being MORE than the original contract amount that I was still within the hourly confines of IF they had given drivers the 2 trucks they loaded my things with, etc. etc. I have filed a complaint with ******* ***** of ****** safety, ** movers Assoc., and police, unauthorized charge to my card while police were standing with me taking the report of $1,090. I already paid $2,750 for a move from the same zip to the same zip, 3 minutes apart and storage for less than 2 weeks! ***** seems to imply they aren't authorized for Home goods moving! I will be disputing final charge and filing a civil claim. They need to be put on notice that this behavior will not be tolerated!

  Also, they use FALSE names like ***** Herald, *********************, "***". When they are all of ************** decent. 1st red flag I shouldn't have ignored.
