  My entire shipment was LOST due to the negligence of the US Relocation, Inc., and their improper actions from time to time. I booked a shipping order for my furniture and household items in May 2023 (from Tennessee to ************). The scheduled pick-up date from TN was May 21, ********************************** ** was August 21, 2023. Hence, all the items were supposed to be stored at a storage facility after the initial pick-up was made. On May 21, 2023, the US Relocation, Inc. dispatched one of their partner companies (i.e. a moving company named '******* Moving and Storage') for picking up all the items from TN. The US Relocation, Inc. charged all the applicable fees (e.g. booking fee, shipping fee, and storage fee) from my bank account in May 2023. Three months' later, I tried to communicate with the US Relocation, Inc. and their partner company for the delivery of my items to **. However, I have neither received any confirmation or an update about the delivery. It's already 5.5 months' past and the US Relocation, Inc. is quite unsure about where my items are stored. Moreover, they are blaming their third-party company for their actions. Moreover, the company handled the case very poorly, and in several times, they provided either misleading information or a false hope so that I can wait and wait for long. Now, I am the ultimate sufferer as I am going to lose my valuable items and shipping expenses due to unacceptable actions of the company. The US Relocation, Inc. is totally an unreliable company that actually hired another fraud movers for my interstate move, however, they are not taking any responsibility. Based on my recent experience, they do not operate in the interest of their customers. I believe, if you choose this company for your future move, there is a high chance that you might end up in losing your entire valuable belongings as well as all shipping fees. So, stay away from the scam of this company.

  Our move was smooth. They were prompt with pickup and drop-off. while drop off we requested drop off location change at last minute, They did honored our request and did delivery with out additional cost. I would recommend to friends.

  I'm not going to leave this review without listing out the pros first. Pros: The cost was cheaper than the other moving companies I have searched. Many good reviews which made me go towards using their company. You go through a moving broker which is supposed to help alleviate some of the stress with them scheduling and negotiating a price. Cons: The communication was sub par. I scheduled a couple months in advance. The week before the move, I was getting no communication. The day before the move, I get a call from the actual movers that they can pick up my stuff that evening. I then asked if they can pick up on the scheduled day and they said they can and I asked for it to be picked up the next morning ( the day I scheduled it ) . My furniture was picked up on June 24th 2023. A couple weeks I after arrived to my destination I decided to call and inquire of a projected date that the movers would arrive. I was always told they would call me back but they never did. There were a lot of calls I made where I never got a straight answer and was always told I would get a call back. I was told July 27th and that day went by. I called again very frustrated. Supposedly my stuff was in storage about 500 miles away. I tried to ask for a discount due to the wait. I had ****, the broker, helping me. **** informed the dispatch that it was 21 days past the date of pickup. The dispatcher said he was not going to make any money out of it if he discounts the remaining 800. I told the dispatcher that Im not looking to take off the whole 800 but some type of discount. Again he refused to discount and **** said he will talk to him. **** also asked the dispatcher to give me a call when the furniture is on the way. The dispatcher said they will load it up on Monday August 7th. It will also take about 2-3 days. to get to me. I actually got my stuff on Aug 7th. Was called 1 hr before they arrived ! Horrible communication. Id leave more if there was space.

  Very responsive, not so great with communication. The first person who contacted me was clear and communicated effectively. Unfortunately, the person who handled my move was not effective and seemed to be reading from a script with every interaction. Good news is, the movers were fantastic which made up for the poor communication. I will say the person who handled my move checked in a lot to make sure things were running smoothly. It just appeared that nothing I was saying was registering.

  Horrible company. Never ever hire them. This company is a scam. They are NOT professional movers. Do not use them. This company is the worse choice one could ever made in relocation. My quote was so off when the movers came they had to leave a large portion of my inventory list because the size US Relocation said I needed was wrong. They quote low to get your business.The delivery was done by *********************** and one more guy, who delivered my things to ****** told me to unpack the furniture myself. All they did was bring it down from the truck. After which, they did not want to put the bed back together. We showed them scratched and broken items they simply blamed the brokers who took my down payment. Do not work with these people.

  They were on time for the move, however, lacked customer service skills. The first one I worked with when scheduling the move was professional and had a good customer service skills. Unfortunately, the two reps I dealt with; *** and **** who both have the same last name which I found odd tried to be professional but I sensed an edge in their attitudes at times which showed me it wouldn't take much to set them off. Additionally, as mentioned on the same last name for 2 of them, **** and *** whose last name is ****. Another man I spoke to was a *****************. All their names are English names yet they all have noticeable accents that are not originally from the USA. I saw another comment on here wondering about this too. Moving can be a stressful process so patience and professionalism is essential. I gave 3 stars mainly due to they were on time and didnt overcharge me much based on the quite given. But their attitudes regarding patience and professionalism needs a lot of work. I would have given a 1 for that plus the whole English names thing just doesn't seem legit to me.

  Straight up scammers. Charged $7400, twice what we were quoted and wanted the second half in cash. Followed Better Business Bureau article about moving scams to the letter. Unfortunately I didn't realize until they had our houseful of belongings so had to pay the random money to get it back.

  *********************** at US Relocations will not stop attempting to contact us. At this point he is harassing **. Over 15 contact attempts via phone, email and text in the past 2 hours. We've asked him to stop and he won't. I would never recommend or trust this person /company with my belongings. Can't even follow simple instructions.
