      HORRIBLE COMPANY - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- No one knows what is going on, they all keep lying to get you off the phone - Do not follow thru with what they say they will. No way to contact them directly - Everyone wants to give the run around. I have been trying to surrender MY insurance policy for a MONTH & the check has never arrived at my address and when contacted all I hear is the check is processing - no tracking numbers available - Cancel one check to have the other overnighted and guess what?! No overnight check arrives. A bunch of crooks and thieves! Pathetic and ridiculous business. DO NOT USE THEM! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

      BUYER BEWARE. I have had a short term disability policy with Prudential for years and have never had to file a claim. Unfortunately I had to this year due to Covid and Long Covid. Even so- I was looking for a few weeks or coverage due to ongoing symptoms. My physician approved for 6 weeks. Prudential has determined that their definition of what is deemed to be disabled takes priority over what my physician has deemed disabled and has denied my request. I will be filing an appeal, filing a report with the BBB and contacting an attorney. They have completely overstepped their bounds and I will be fighting this every step on the way until I received the funds that is rightfully owed to me. I paid for the insurance, I met the conditions of needing the insutance as per my physician and FMLA status and I will be getting these funds.

      Cant get a straight answer on my loan .I paid ****** on my loan last year and paid all my policy payments on time,but the loan only dropped ****** - dont know where the rest of the money went ,can get a straight answer from them.

      Worst customer service ever. Rude representatives and languange barriers that can not assist me in any way. I spent over an hour being transferred to different departments and recieved no assistance at all. I can not access my life insurance online or make changes because theres an old 401k account from a previous employer the site keeps re-routing me to. This company does not give me peace of mind for the security of my family. If customer service can not help me access my account while I am alive, I could just imagine what they are going to do to my children if I were to die. Im searching for new life insurance after 2 years of paying this policy.

      $37.25 has not been returned to me after they offered me a special rate.Without that policy I cancelled and now 4 months later still no return of my $37.25 ??

      Very difficult when trying to surrender a long-term Life Policy. Have had to call their **************** to follow-up four times after submitting the Surrender Forms appropriately for the fourth time (US Mail, e-mail per their request to their ****************, 3rd time to Manager E.A. and once again to E.A.) each time on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes. Once getting to talk to Rep and spending 20+ minutes with the customer service rep was told we needed to speak with a Manager. The Manager was very rude and wouldnt allow a word in response. As a customer, the run around for now four months to get a fully paid Life Policy is unacceptable.

      FRAUD ALERT!!I I recently created a policy with Prudential, I paid my first month, now I'm going to check my account and I found that I don't have any policy, according to the system it says that I don't have a policy, the account number they gave me does not exits it just a FRAUD activity from and my identity has been stolen along with the money I paid.

      Trying to get cash surrender value of my moms policy to pay her assisted living so she can go on ******** as this is her only outstanding asset. They are EGREGIOUS!!! I have sent in multiple forms , my POA, etc since April. I have certified copies that they have received all forms. Now they are jerking me around telling me their legal team is reviewing my POA a month and 1/2 later. They promised to send me a check on May 3rd. Not done. No check received. I asked for a wire transfer be made directly to my moms checking account. They said it would be done yesterday. Not Done. More excuses. They are LIARS and should be held accountable for all theses lies and wasted time. I plan on cashing in my Prudential policy so my spouse or children dont have to go through their bullst! Its unconscionable!!! They are holding up my mothers ******** filing. SHAME ON YOU PRUDENTIAL!!!
