      Prudential has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. I filed for two death benefits for my mother in October 2023. Here we are 4 months later and that claim is still not settled. Not once did the company ever call me for clarification. All contact was from my end. I filed a complaint with the company, and still they did not respond. They sent an e-mail saying the claim had been settled, but as of this date it is still not paid out in full. They have made mistake after mistake and this has been a nightmare. I advised them if it was not settled by March 15th I would be contacting an attorney. If you have any of their insurance products I advise you to dump them and invest elsewhere!

      I have been trying to ****** against a policy that my mother in law took out on my wife in ****. Yes, the year ****. That is 33 YEARS!!! I have only gotten the run around on it loan. I have now called 4 times and faxed twice and nothing has been done. They have told me the loan is in review. I cant image why... my mother in law has been paying on it since um, oh yea ****!!!! what the heck is going on with this company? They are very inconsistent. I also dont understand why they have an online account center if you cant change or access anything online. If you have policies with this company I strongly recommend you pull them and invest elsewhere. Run, Run as fast as you can. You cant trust them it is prudential life plan.

      I've been locked out of my former employers 401/k after Prudential merged with Empower. Since it's not a current employer there's no help for me on that end, and Prudential customer service keeps me on hold for 30 minutes and then says they'll call back, and then all they do when they call back 25 minutes later is send a reset code to an old email I can't get into anymore. There's apparently no other way to get me into my account than to use an old email from hotmail? They have no solution for getting me access to my funds.

      I have been dealing with them since July 2023 in regards to a life insurance policy I had through my employer and they keep giving me run around and pointing fingers at the employer when the information has been provided several times from me and employer, the information providing they will not accept. Im always being told I will get a call back and never do, for months they stated a business decision will be made and they will call but still NOTHING! I also received a letter they will close claim because I have not responded and I have several times

      I have been dealing with them since April 2023 on payment issues. For the first few months, they kept sending me my policy had lapsed and I owe them money. They said I missed a payment in 2021. NOT TRUE. Proved it they were wrong. Then its oh; you owe from 11/2022. Again WRONG and proved it again. In July got another statement; Talked to a manger that would finally listen. Thought it was cleared up. Here recently 12/1. another statement, says I owe $95. Due to late & unpaid payments. My payments are electronically sent from my bank to their bank. Should be no days late.They still can't figure it out. Horrible customer service and has been lied to multiple times this year on oh sir it has been fixed. Then why do I still get the lapse policy statements. The wait times are stupid and shouldn't happen. You get a person from overseas and need to transfer all the time for bad service. Most of the time on the call for at least an hour. This last call, was on there for about 2 hours. That is BS!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE from a HORRBLE COMPANY. WIll be pulling my policies from them. Good luck dealing with this joke of a customer service from ********************!!! If there was a negative review---it would be like -5!!!!

      The Prudential agent, ***, is a complete fraud and totally lied about everything causing me to lose my **** universal life ins policy. **************** is basically non existent. **** assigned me a case worker for my compliant claim that never answers her phone or returns calls. STAY AWAY FROM PRUDENTIAL LIFE INS.

      Extraordinary long wait times to process claims, which they even let you know via a recorded message when you call. After you sign all required paperwork, every time you call to follow up, they let you know one more thing that needs to be signed. Why not send all paperwork at once? Why make bereaved customers jump through so many hoops? This company should have their claims process streamlined by now since theyve been in business for so long.

      One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever experienced for a life insurance beneficiary claim. The customer service reps have given wrong information several times and are not knowledgeable and are confusing with poor communication skills. Wait times are unacceptable. Would never do business with Prudential again.

      Unable to access my online life insurance account due to another 401k account that I have. **************** kept having me authenticate account, and still no resolution for over 2 years. I fear of what can happen if there is a death as how they will be able to authenticate a deceased person. I am so sick of them. Problem still not resolved. I need to know who they are governed by to make a written complaint.

      Your form was sent before my daughters 18th bday so I assumed youd be a decent company to work with. She had a SIGNATURE GUARANTEE signed (which proves the ** of person) and yet it took months-then they asked for a copy of her ** (again makes SG pointless) and we complied. THEN!! A******* asked for a COLORED COPY. At ZERO point was this ******** communicated to us to avoid a 3 month delay. Absolutely ********
