      I have been constantly having issues with this company since the new cashless tolls were put into effect , I have been put into collections for this companys mistakes (they entered my license plate number incorrectly 2 times after I called to fix these mistakes and done my due dillegence) they continue to **** me for their mistakes and I am not going to pay extra penalties for their mistakes . They have mishandled customer accounts and have stolen money from us . This has to stop ! They are ruining people credit history !!!

      My account originally was on auto replenish and it got messed up. I called and asked them to put it back on auto. It was never done and I didnt know so I thought it was coming out of my account the whole time I was traveling as a nurse taking care of covid patients all over the state and into ************ at times. When I figured it out I called and I had a bunch of fines. I paid the tolls and told them I wasnt paying the fines because their employee did not set up my account correctly. I told them listen to the recorded calls of me requesting it to be setup on auto replenish and giving my card info but they refused to even look into it. Now everytime I pay $25 it lasts for 2 days and its already asking me for more money. I do not use that much in tolls so where is my money going? If I call I sit on hold for hours. I try to go online and view my statement and it wont let me. Now it is saying I have to pay a minimum of $70 to replenish. I dont have that to keep paying every 2 days. I want to know where my money is going. I want to pay the tolls and erase the fines that are not my fault and I would like my account set back up to auto replenish.

      I used my EZ Pass to travel from ** to PA. At the toll, it read low balance. Whenever I go below, $15 on my tag, EZ Pass is supposed to charge my card and reload my tag. They did not do this and sent me 2 violation notices that my toll was not paid with a $50 administrative fee for each unpaid toll. I disputed the claim as it was not in my control that my card was not charged. I checked my EZPass account and found that my payment method had been deleted. I did not delete my card and was never notified that there was no payment method on file. It had been working perfectly up until that moment. I have now received multiple violations while waiting for EZ Pass to once again charge my card as they are supposed to do. Once again each one comes with a $50 administrative fee. Now, I cannot dispute the claim because I already received a "complimentary fee deduction." I don't know what is wrong with their system, but I don't see why I should be paying hundreds of dollars in fees because it is broken.

      In April 2022 I called ** EZpass to update my credit card number because I got a new one. Apparently, they only updated the expiration date which doesn't make sense. Now I am getting violations in the mail since my credit card payment declined (because they didn't update my credit card information properly.) My husband goes through ezpass multiple times and that's why we have so many violations. I just go these violations in the mail and called right away. I am paying the tolls that I am liable for and EZpass is telling me that they can't update my credit card on file because i have outstanding violations. They said that my violations get sent to a settlement department and then I need to contact them in **** business days in order to see what settlement they will offer me. I shouldn't be responsible for any of these violations fee's! I have EZPASS have been a customer for 12+ years and the person on their end should've updated my credit card when I called with the new number! This is TERRIBLE customer **********************.. I spoke with 4 different people and they all are not willing to help me. The current person I am dealing with is Jantese her ID # is ***** I asked for the EZPASS corporate # .. they said they don't have a corporate number when the last person i spoke to said they do. She put me on hold for another 25 minutes and then gave me a number that is basically about what the traffic is on the turnpike etc. I am so dissatisfied for the way I was treated. I want my $1,550 in violations that are now sent to the settlement office waived. I should not be responsible for this.. I am trying to put a credit card on file and JUST got the violations in the mail. It hasn't even been 3 weeks since the violations have happened. This would have never happened if the original agent in April updated my credit card info and not just the expiration on the credit card that will no longer work hence why the payment declined and all these violations occured.

      My dog ate my debit card and I forgot to update my billing information when I got a new card. Because I took too long to make this change, the account started getting hit with violations. I cannot update my billing information without paying the violations. I would like to dispute the violations, not pay them. I can't figure out how to dispute them online, and every time I call I'm on hold for an hour and can't reach anyone. I cannot get through to anyone to resolve this issue. I would like to dispute all violations, pay the tolls I owe, and get back to normal with using my EZ Pass. I have been an account member since as long as I can remember and its really unfortunate that this company cannnot provide any customer **********************. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
