      EZpass ** sent me a notice dated 5/10/22 stating I did not pay a toll on 4/30/22 and demanded I pay them the $1.30 toll plus a $50.00 penalty. I responded by sending them a copy of my EZPass statement showing that specific toll was paid. This resulted in several letters back and forth we they have ignored my payment evidence and sent the notice to a collection agency, threathening my credit score and saying I will lose my car registeration. I attemepted to call EZpass **, but as they will not read my correspondence, they do not answer their phones. Their violation umber is T062282157678-01, my EZpass account number is ********. I have contacted Ocean County Senior Services and ***************************** asking for their assistance in trying to get EZpass to read the correspondence which clearly shows they are at fault

      I use Ezpass for tolls, my reader apparently didn't pick up one of the tolls as i went through. Ezpass said they sent out a letter about the toll violation which wasn't received, and last week I received a letter from a collection agency stating the $2 toll will now be a $52 toll because Ezpass cant reverse the payment from collections. I asked for proof that the original letter went out and was given nothing more than a date. I've been a customer with ********************** for over 15 years and have never had this issue. Because Ezpass controls all of the toll booths in the state of New Jersey i dont even have the ability to cancel my membership. Sounds like an illegal monopoly if you ask me.

      Good afternoon,I am writing and I have a hope to help my company to resolve a huge issue with the ** toll GW.We have been charged very high rate which is $38 instead of $13.75 (although our fleet is 14 passengers 2 axles with single wheel), when we are passing **************, we have been charged the normal rate which is $13.75 with same ** pass and same vehicle.This cost us too much last year and we are still facing same problem every day (more than 6 wrong transactions) same time I can not charge my customer this rate because they know this is not fair rate.By this way, I already lost more than $11,000 last year although I sent many disputes and I submit all registrations showing the type of vehicle which we have.Now gain, we still have same problem even after we changed the Ez pass for all our fleet more than 3 times and still we see over charged.We went many times to ** service centers, called many times the customers service and I never got help.Please we need really some one help us Thanks and regards

      I am the Clinical Nurse Consultant for CVS Healthcare and I cover the entire state of New Jersey. I have a ** EZ-pass account and I must maintain a balance in order to travel the state. I have accumulated thousands of dollars in violations! There has never been a lapse in replenishing my ** EZ-pass funds however, the violations keep coming. EZ-pass takes the funds from my account but then sends a violation. The tolls are paid from the account and a violation for $50.00 is still sent to me. I have disputed hundreds of violations some of which are now in collections. I REFUSE TO PAY!! Double dipping is occurring and I don't know what to do about the situation. I have to drive in order to do my job and I don't know how to resolve this issue.

      EZPASSNJ is scamming it's customers. Here is how: If you have an EZPASS account and you decide to go to the cash lane and pay cash. EZPASS STILL charges you for that toll.(double bills you for the toll).In addition, if the Toll CASH booth does not work. You will get a violation from EZPASSNJ stating that you owe a ***** Admin fee in addition to the toll fee.So, now, the person controlling the cameras on the ******* ** Cash lane is deliberating causing the CASH toll booth not to work. This causes a long line of cars to form. I pay my cash toll, but the toll booth does not register the cash. WHY? Because the individual playing with the cameras is causing the Toll booth NOT to work for over 4 months this has been going on. How is it possible that the cash toll booth in ******* does not work all the time. EZPASSNJ needs to start an investigation Immediately. I pulled over and took a picture and apparently many other drivers are having this problem with the toll booth not accepting our money.I received a bill from EZPASS ** for 4***** in toll violations??? How, I replenish my account and it's always in the surplus. I received this bill for an admin fee for and now they called me and told me it's going into collection. Collections? For what? My account is up to date. Someone is playing with the money here. EZPASSNJ needs to start an investigation Immediately.

      Hi guys they have been charging me for a car that is NO longer on the account and that person has their own ez pass im their car The tag is out of that car and I removed it both via website and I called the agent and she removed it I am so upset why am I getting charged after I removed it (the white *** license plate starts with a R)

      I received a letter from EZ-Pass stating i owe $9,813 and if i don't pay that amount my license will be suspended by 8/13. I have tried calling them pleading for a settlement so i can make a payment as soon as possible but they keep telling me i have to pay the full amount. I currently am unemployed and I cannot afford to pay $9,813 right now. Please help me !

      I have been an EZPASS customer for ages & I have received a ticket recently so the Rep told me is better to add my plate to my account. Come to find out they have around $1200 in tolls ticket I dont know why they never contact me or send me letters for me to paid for It and im pretty sure is the tolls from Sicklerville ** because it would never scan correctly or it was down. Is not fair how this is in our plate as a violation when this is not my fault. The Ezpass tolls dont scan correctly.

      I was sent an invoice after taking a trip through the state of new Jersey. I had been charged $56.65 because I had traveled through a toll zone with only cash not knowing that they only accepted the use of ez pass systems. I made a call and was told that they would drop the 50 dollar administration fee and at that point sent 7 dollars by mail to the company expecting to receive change back. Around a month passed and I received nothing so I checked online the balance owed. It was showing that they received my payment but still owed them money for the administrative fees. I immediately put a ticket in through their website and on the next business day called them to try and figure out what was going on. While on the call I was told it had been fixed and that I owed no money so I then questioned about the change that I should receive back. I was told that they took the payment and processed it before removing the administrative fee and were going to keep all of my money. While the monetary value in this case may not be very high I feel as though they are discriminating against me for making cash payments rather than using a bank card or something of the like.       I have been an E-Z Pass customer for two decades or so. I have never intentionally missed a payment. I always leave my E-Z pass in my car. On the rare occasion that a payment was missed, I guess my pass did not scan for some reason. It has not happened often. I received a letter about a month or so ago, stating that I missed a toll (which was $1.96) on 4/30/22. When I received a ****, there was a $50 fee attached. Since April, I have submitted two letters to E-Z Pass explaining that I refuse to pay the $50 fee. I have continued to use my pass and it is working fine. I received a letter from a law firm who is now trying to collect this fee.My account number is ************* Plate: ** *****
