      I have written in and called into ezpass to have one of my cars put onto my account. There has been more than 8 letters sent back stating to add the vehicle so we stop getting the violations. This has been going on for a year now and is absolutely ridiculous that I can not get my car put onto my account. I dont know what else to do since calling into the company and filling out and mailing back their violation forms asking them to add my car is getting no where. I am hoping that this will help me get my car added and stop the frequent violations. I an not looking for money or to gain anything. I just want my car added onto my account to avoid these violations. I am doing my part.

      On a regular basis I travel to and from SC. My mother died. I am cleaning out her house. There are no cash takers in these tolls. (except Commodore Barry Bridge) My husband has EZ-PASS and the account is now entangled and he is unable to reach a competent employee for help. The minute I get the notices I pay them. There is never a problem except with this establishment. Delaware River Port Auth, which now has me in collections with ********** ****** & ***** & *******, LLP (sounds like a cartoon) I am beginning to believe this is a scam. All the tolls have a written sign that reads, if you don't have ez-pass there are no toll takers, you pay double the toll when they mail it to you. When I went through this ez-pass the employee assured us the account was in good standing or I would have gone thru cash. Regardless I paid the toll. As the automated system states I owe them now 50.00 in late fees. I only got 1 bill for 25.00, I have no idea what the other 25.00 is for.

      - NJ EZPass opened several tickets to resolve the issue and closed the tickets without a resolution or communication
      - My car was towed from NJ to MA due to an accident on a flat bed truck with the toll tag inside the car and hence the toll was unduly collected with the car being driven thru toll plazas

      ************* was opened and closed. Then I called and provided additional information. Based on that, a new request ************* was opened but it's status is closed - why? It's supposed to remain open as the issue is still outstanding.

      I filed a dispute of a charge and then received the answer back so far out because they sent the response to my previous address so it took a month to get to me by the time I received it there weretwo more $30 charges added to a previous eight dollar charge that I was disputing. I have attempted to call and review this being told that charges would be removed and then a second time being told just one of the charges $30 charges would be removed. Tried to call again today. Waited on hold each one of those times for an hour the previous times I’ve tried to call. I’ve beentold that their payment system isn’t working and now I’m receiving notices that my drivers license will be canceled today. I waited on hold for an for the agent to hang up on me. They are making it impossible to pay this and I shouldn’t be paying it with the added on charges because I waited so long for thedispute review to get back to me since they mailed it to the incorrect address and I still can’t even pay it with them I do want my license revoked because of this please assist me in getting them to help me make this payment and I should not have to pay the fees that they continue to add on, even though they are unable to take any of my payments or refuse to even take my calls

      We sold our ****** Corolla in mid December of 2024 to ******. Apparently we left our ex pass on the window. About a month later we saw our ez pass bill going up so I reviewed the charges. I saw some tolls that couldn't have been ours. I reported it to ez pass and they said the tolls were used by a vehicle not on our account. I asked them to be reimbursed and they declined stating it was our responsibility until Device was reported stolen. I continued to ask why they bother having our license plates on file if they are going to authorize charges to anyone that uses the device. They had no answer. I also asked them to bill the vehicle that used our device and they declined as well. I would appreciate your assistance here.

      I have two active EZ Pass accounts with funds in them. My account numbers are listed below. My vehicle is a Jaguar E-Pace State: Georgia and personal license plate says *****.
      When commuting to and from work to New Jersey I utilize Eliz/Goethals/Verranzano bridge and two small tolls that is $3.50. In addition, I have a discount commuter plan because I frequently use those tolls and bridges. On 10/23/24 I was told that I had violations from 8/2024 to 10/2024 and my EZ Pass reader # *********** was reading all the tolls. I had to pay $ 672.15. I requested a new reader and was told to use the reader until the new one arrived in the mail. I was told that if the EZ Pass reader didn’t work my account would be deducted because my account was noted of the issue.

      I recently received a bill from a collection agency for more toll violations from 9/2024 to 11/2024 for a total of $1069. I am being unfairly charged for tolls/fees and I have money on my accounts. I called NY EZ Pass, NJ EZ Pass and the collection Agency and got no help or solution. I will send proof of my account. The EZ Pass reader with blue writing is the one I was using. The EZ Pass reader with purple writing is the replacement.

      I would like the billing to be adjusted to what the tolls actually total and that is $69 without the fees of $1000.

      On January 2, 2025 I called the New Jersey EZ PASS number to make a toll bill payment for ****** over the phone. I was given the option of making the payment through my checking account, and input the necessary information. I received a message from the automated operator, saying my institution declined the transaction. Knowing that there were sufficient funds, I attributed this to a glitch in the system, and switched over to the option to pay through my debit card. I input my debit card information and the transaction went through and I was issued a confirmation number. Today I discovered that the amount of $****** was taken out of my checking account twice. My online banking shows it went through my checking and went through my card. This decrease in funds prohibited me from purchasing essential things today. I need New Jersey EZ pass to correct this and refund the money to my account immediately.

      I have been fraudulently charged for 6 years through my EZpass account. A fraudulent actor added a license plate to my online account and has been using my account for 6 years, and I have been charged for it.
      EZ Pass customer service recognized the fraudulent charges but will not reimburse me beyond 100 days. This is hundreds of dollars worth of fraud and EZ Pass is not investigating how this was allowed to happen, and are refusing to investigate/reimburse beyonds a few months.
      I want to be fully reimbursed for what I have been charged for the past 6 years.

      On 12/24/2024, I received a noticed of delinquency of EZ Pass payment. It was stated that my car was not registered on EZ Pass and as such I was required to pay a cash toll. My car is in fact registered and I have proof to show this. Upon trying to dispute, the EZ Pass website blocks all attempts to attach files to dispute claims. These files clearly show that my car is registered and I have been diligently making payments. Therefore, this is likely a read error and I should not be liable for the cash payments and the administrative fees.

      NJ EZPass usury fees should be illegal. Someone stole my credit card which was tied to my Maryland EZ Pass and my EZ pass account balance went negative. I have 6 transponders. I started receiving fees from different states, including ******** and ******** which charged the pay by plate toll fee. New Jersey does not do that, they charge the Pay by Plate fee AND an additional $50 fee per violation. When calling EZPASS NJ, they make it difficult to speak to human beings and say there are "telephony issues" and hang up. For my kid to drive over a ONE bridge, they charge $67.60 which should be illegal. Requesting the EZPass rate and a refund of $100 loss of productivity for wasting my time on phone calls on hold. In addition the bridge is in disrepair, where is the money going to maintain this bridge?
