      I returned a transponder as instructed in **** 2022- I tracked it- then we recieved a replacement for another in August- so I chkd account - old transponder still ther - did online chat - she said its lost ( at their warehouse) and we will be charged $9.00. took 1/2 hour just to get a person in chat - and they were rude and NO HELP! I would dump if we didn't need for work.I also had my phone calling in case i got Actual perso that way instead of ****** on chat- but phone wait was at least 45 minutes. Everytime I call its supposedly 45 minutes- las time in **** was an hour and 15 minutes.

      I don't have an ez pass account. When I was driving there was a side for ezpass and payable tolls but I ended up on the side that was just for ez pass holders. In order for me to avoid an accident I was forced to stay on the left side. However they sent me a **** of the tolls plus the administrative fee. I paid the tolls that I missed disregarding the ridiculous administrative fees. I refuse to get robbed by a company in which the toll fees I paid. $50 for administrative fees times 3 is completely unreasonable. They sent the administrative fees to collections and I'm still not going to pay the administrative fees because I already sent them what I owed which was the toll money. I refuse to be taken advantage of especially when it comes to my hard earned money.

      This company is an offense to civilization standards for number of things. Just recently they tried to impose violations for the tags which were not readable. Holding on the phone for almost two hours gave me an explanation that my tags... expired. Not even a word why no notification was received. They charged me additional deposits for the new ones. I had to send the old ones back at my own cost paying for priority mailing because you cannot trust them. It was 3 weeks ago. No refund so far. Take this company away! It is a joke.

      Terrible, cheaply designed website. Understaffed. Hold times exceed one hour. And the worst part is there's nothing we can do because they took away toll booths and have us all by the *****.

      My goal was to give 0 stars but I guess that's not possible. I had $173 in my ez-pass ** account because of accidently prepayments. I requested that I get a refund of $100 and was confirmed yes it would take ***** days. Then I log into my account and they refund $82.92 and then reverse the refund. Now my account has $147.92. Why was I charged when I had no activity and my car is parked? I have no idea. I have been trying to get this resolved for a long time but they do not care to help anyone. This has to be one of the most deceptive government agencies/companies. Their website and mobile app interface is so terrible ! You will not get a clear indication of what's going on with your money. They mail you your invoices late on purpose if your tag malfunctions - then they charge you ridiculous fees and blame it on you the citizen/consumer. I had a **** from the first two weeks of May and didn't receive the **** until August 2nd. They're sneaky, lack good customer **********************, and do not focus on resolutions. If you find a way to file a class action lawsuit (for ******** against these morons, please connect with me ( gutiervd27 @ gmail . com )as I save all my pictures/bills/proof and would love to *** them for deceptive practices.

      They don't deserve any stars. For three years I wrote and tried to resolve a problem but they never rectified. I was called by collections and others and was spoken to so rudely I was in tears. The agent did not care. I wanted the ordeal over and ended up paying $550 for $30 in fines.
