      A very bad "company"-- abusing their monopolistic power. I accumulated some fees as I waited for EZ Pass to assist me in adding funds to my account due to an error with their website (not an issue on my end). Ultimately, after a long time on the phone, I was assured that I would receive assistance and get an email that outlined my communication with EZ Pass and their lack of action (so that I could reduce the growing penalty fees with the company). A week later and still no email or resolution. I now owe nearly $100 in fees alone and it looks like there's no way around paying out of my own pocket.

      They don't give you a grace ****** they straight charge you $50 surcharge fee. Some needs to file a class action lawsuit against them, this can't be legal. Companies like this are take a advantage of consumer cause they have monopoly over toll collection no other company to compete with. I had a $2 toll they did read the my ezpass and charge me $2 for toll and $50 surcharge totalling $52.00, they lost they mind send that s*** to collections I refuse to pay that

      EZ Pass is truly the worst to deal with. Unbeknownst to me, my credit card was denied and I was never notified in any way. I had a slew of violations in a two week period and had NO FREAKING IDEA! I was in the city for Dr's ************ and visiting family in Queens. I called as soon as I received the violations and after 1-2 hours on hold MULTIPLE TIMES over a week, I finally got through after 1:15 minutes on hold (Yes, I tried using the website but nothing ever worked!) and had the most unpleasant interaction with their agent....she was unhelpful and just plain mean. I will now be paying fines for any future violations that might accrue...AND ITS NOT MY FAULT! The credit card works fine! THEY ARE SO DUMB!

      I would rather give 0 stars.After 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting ,I finally reached *******. I returned old tags they refused to acknowledge ans now have to pat $27.00 for 3 lost tags. She even reported my valid ezpass tag as lost because she REFUSED to listen.This is ridiculous. Who oversees this outfit. She would not even give me the info to file a complaint.

      There is no way that this joke of a company should get even one star. As I type this I have been on hold for 68 minutes.The b**** of it is, even though it's not a "state government" entity, there is no alternative or competition. Proving once again that politicians will do whatever it takes to **** the t**** of a money pig. Regardless of how poorly its run.This company should be shut down, period.

      Horrible. If I ran a business the way they do I would be out of business in a week. Days trying to get through to them. Sent them 3 times proof of payment that they ignore

      I am being charged with three violations on a car that is not mine. They say it is registered to me. I have not used my Ez pass in two years. EZ pass sent me a customer review and I gave them extremely poor in all areas. Takes over one hour on the phone to speak to a very **** unfriendly person. They insist the car is mine and after my poor review of them EZpass is now suspending my account and demanding payment.

      Horrible horrible horrible - would give zero stars. My credit card expired recently. I got charged $211 for 4 tolls that should have been $5!. When you go to call it's a over 40 minute wait. Reading on the site - they are already getting sued for this practice in a class action suit. $50 admin fee. Credit cards expire - *********** - let's you call in and waives the fee. ************ is so much more friendly - this should be illegal. Credit cards do expire and you can't always update it. The worst state for tolls.

      I received an email on 6/10/22 stating that I would be receiving 3 new transponders and a postage paid envelope to return the expiring ones, since they will be expiring and part of the transponder replacement program. I called twice to find out what happened to the replacements since I never received them and no resolution. I had to contact them in writing and they sent me 2 not 3 new transponders and stated on my account that the other 3 were lost in the mail. I contacted them in writing again to say I did not receive the third new transponder and the postage paid envelope. They said I cant have more than 6 active on my account and that they dont supply postage paid envelope for return even though they clearly stated that I would receive in the mail. Called again with no resolution, so now I need to pay the return of the two old ones. This company is ridiculous. Very poor customer **********************!

      Obviously understaffed. 40 minutes on hold.Customer ********************** rep with a bad attitude. Pathetic business. My updated credit card is on file yet I received 2 toll violations in the last couple of months. Please make them go away.
