    I recently ordered two pairs of their shoes and they were very uncomfortable and they sent the wrong size. I have repeatedly reached out to their chat to request a refund and they do not answer.

    The shoes stained my favorite pair of beige pants after it rained. I sent pictures asking for a discount or refund equivalent to the price of the pants. They denied my request and asked to return the shoes. I'm now out of $50, the value of the pants.

    first they lost my order / then had to re order products - then when i sent back 4 pair of shoes - they only refund me for 2 since their warehouse couldn’t find them
    when i contact consumer service - they are no help

    Do not buy Orthofeet socks if you want and need socks that are not tight, binding and restrictive. These socks, even the extra-large socks I purchased, leave a deeply depressed impression around your ankle. They are terribly tight and constricting. I am extremely disappointed in my purchase of these expensive, worthless socks.

    I am so frustrated. I placed an order 12/24/24. Stated it would ship in 2-10 business days. 2 weeks later, nothing- order still in ******. Reached out- order was never processed. Restarted- now order in **********. 2 weeks later, still no shoes. Reached out again- asked to confirm address with no way to confirm. Still confirmed by going onto account. Emailed back and said, it's the correct address. No more follow up and I can't track my order. Go to my order said it was fulfilled- reached out again because I did not receive the shoes. They didn't get back to me. Reached out a different way- apparently my order was lost- will reship. I cancelled and asked for a refund. This is terrible business and the company cam highly recommended which makes it all the worse. So disappointing.

    I was looking for comfortable shoes for walking and standing for long periods of time. These are not for that. No cushioning at all. I have narrow feet the wide toe box is too large for me. I'll stick to my sketchers and at these prices I'll buy 2 to there 1 in a years time.

    After purchasing an expensive pair of boots that are less than 6 months old the left inner upper boot is rubbing the top of my left foot sore and the right foot bed is already giving out causing the left boot to rub my left foot sore. I reached out to orthofeet & they refuse to stand behind their product. This is no way to gain good reviews nor is any way to keep a repeat customer! I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed??

    Buyer beware...I ordered a pair of their tennis shoes over the summer because I had bought several pairs of sandals and really liked them. Unfortunately I cannot wear tennis shoes in hot weather because I get overheated, so I was only able to try them out the last two months. They are SO PAINFUL to wear and wear blisters on my toes even though I got the wide size for the extra room. The foot bed is so hard and has very little cushioning and within about thirty minutes of wearing them my back, legs, and feet are in so much pain I have to take them off. I am so disappointed in these shoes, but I didn't realize how horrible they are until it was past the 60 day return period. I spent a LOT of money on these shoes and now I can't wear them!!!

    This company is a joke. I ordered a pair of shoes and used a coupon. They removed the coupon. I canceled immediately and they responded noting they had received my cancellation. They shipped the shoes three days later without applying the coupon and in the wrong color. Plenty of other places to get equal quality with much better customer service.

    Purchased Delta Waterproof boots. The D rings that hold the laces in place to lace up the boot, snapped in two. Boots were only worn four times, and now they are useless, can not be laced up. Wrote an email to Orthofeet and have not heard back. Tried to call but with their animated hold service, I keep being disconnected while waiting. I'm out 122.00 USD, and have useless boots. No support from Orthofeet. Will not ever buy from this company again, they sell junk.
