    Web site issues logging in. I can't retrieve my account. I paid for order &  haven't received confirmation. I've sent several messages & customer support has been nonresponsive other than an automated email asking me how was the help I received! Something fishy going on.

    I'm very disappointed in the shoes I just got. I ordered the Irma womans clog in a medium width, but they are extremely wide, and they do not have a very good arch in them. The spacers don't help to tighten up the shoe. I ordered these to use as a house shoe, and I needed them to help with plantar fasciitis, and these shoes make my feet hurt worse! For the money I spent, this shoe is extremely disappointing. I will NEVER order from Orthofeet again.

    Terrible customer support, I tried returning one out of three pairs of shoes that I purchased from them a few months ago, the pair of shoes that I want to exchange were brand new, never worn, and I just wanted to exchange them for a different type of shoe that fit me so much better that they make, I was also gonna order a set of boots from them, I go through a couple pairs of shoes per year because of the way my feet are, I guess I’ll be buying shoes from another orthotics company because this one doesn’t know how to treat customers that are willing to spend money with them.

    Wow, this response adds insult injury, of course I know it was a 60 day return policy, but its also up to the company that they can make exceptions, when I called about returning the product it was only about 30 days past when I originally made the order. I work in retail and we always make exceptions depending on the situation. I guess this company doesnt care about keeping customers, I wont do business with them again over them, not allowing me to return brand new shoes

    With my plantar fascitis i was looking for an indoor supportive slipper shoe. Since Orthofeet mention that condition on their website i thought I'd spend the shoe price for a slipper. After only weeks of wear, the fluffy lining of the little toe side of the shoe wore away. My little toe was being pushed into this hole against the webbing underneath. It severely hurt my toe, causing me to adjust my gait. I complained, they sent me another pair. Within days of wear, the fluffy lining began wearing away again. Of course, by now the warranty time has passed and i can not return them for a refund. I wasted over $100 for shoes i can not wear.
    I would not recommend the Lorin Hands free house shoe from Orthofeet. Not will i be using this company.

    Bought Irma style although comfortable this style causes foot slippage In my case to the point of a broken foot I would not recommend these shoes. Finally after several attempts to contact Orthofeet I got a sorry that happened to you email. Fortunately Zi was able to return the shoes for a full refund

    Wish I could add a picture.
    The top of shoe removed itself from the bottom of shoe.
    Added one star because site made me do it or I couldn't leave a review.

    I ordered the Talya shoe. This shoe makes my feet throb in pain. Returning them for free is not an option as I live in Alaska. I will not buy from OrthoFeet again.

    I love the comfort of the shoes, however, I have had issues with the quality. After only around two months of use, my first pair of hiking shoes that I bought to fall apart and become unusable. Per the warranty, I received a replacement pair that developed the same exact problems after only two months of use. If the quality issues were fixed, I would be more than happy to purchase more pairs of these shoes. However, given that I have had these many issues with quality, I will probably not be purchasing another pair.

    I feel that if you have a problem with these shoes that you are ******** I have tried to get a resolution from them with absolutely no response. Buy a different brand if you can. These shoes are poorly constructed.
