    I returned shoes that I bought for my mom for a gift. My mom told me she didn’t like them, so I tried to return them. They said it was past the time period. They did let me return them, but I had to buy the shipping. This was in January and I have never received a refund.
    Do not buy from them!

    Orthofeet charged me for shoes I never ordered. After several complaints I still have the wrongful charge on my card. Do I need to contact the California business authorities? This is a company you should NOT do business with! 0 stars.

    There appears to be some change in the quality of the shoes as well as in the inserts. I purchased a pair of Sorrentos and found them to be amazingly comfortable. Shipping for these shoes and the 3 pairs purchased since then have been remarkable.
    Problem is that my feet roll outward in the last 3 pair --including a newer pair of the Sorrentos. In fact, my old pair of Sorrentos are still more comfortable (with worn bottoms to boot) than the enw pair or the 2 pair purchased in between.

    i checked the bottoms of the sorrentos to compare and, to my surprise, the bottoms were different and the inserts somehow thinner... and two versus 3 inserts.
    What's going on?
    Very unhappy with the shoes and hoping for some answers.

    I bought the Turquoise tennie’s.
    Have had pain & uneven contact walking due to previous foot injury. I’ve dealt with pain daily having to elevate @ night due to swelling. My shoes were delivered quickly & from day 2 of wear I - and to date I NO longer experience foot pain, zero swelling @ can sleep well. These shoes & arch support are amazing !!! Thank you OrthoFeet !!!

    Best after sale service I've ever come across!!
    First pair fantastic, second pair hurt my feet. Reach out to customer services, was allowed to return shoes after box was thrown away. Even looked up my original order number after that was lost as well. I am very impressed, will order from them again

    I just ordered a pair of hiking shoes from Orthofeet. By mistake, I gave the wrong credit card number in my order. I called customer service, they took care of it immediately, and cancelled my order as I requested. I then bought the shoes again with the correct number. If the shoes are as good and prompt as their customer service, I'll have nothing but good things to say about them!
