    They fo not hive refunds all.i wanted was to get a half larger therexeas no need to keep these shoes...they refused to send return address. I ended up keeping the shoeswill never buy from them again.

    I do not know of another shoe company that will let your wear their shoes for 6O days and then return them (after wearing them) if you are not satisfied. Orthofeet shoes are the only shoes I can wear that do not aggravated my knee (I need a knee replacement) and I can walk for hours in their shoes. I also have a few foot issues such as hammertoe and bunions and their shoes meet my special foot needs. I have several pairs of Orthofeet shoes from sandals to sneakers to casual and they all provide the foot and knee support I need. I appreciate that their wide widths are truly a wide width. Styles are not totally orthopedic looking but have some modern style to them. Orthofeet also offers free shipping and free return shipping.

    This is about numerous shoes, boots and slippers that I ordered online from ORTHOFEET. There products are exactly as advertised. I have very wide feet and bunions and it’s been impossible for me to get comfortable shoes that don’t hurt my feet. And then I took a chance and ordered slippers from ORTHOFEET, and they were wonderful. So I took another chance and ordered sneakers from ORTHOFEET. And they were like walking on clouds from the second I took them out of the box. I have ordered boots and other shoes and they are all perfect. So if you have a problem finding comfortable shoes, take a chance and go to ORTHOFEET online and order with confidence and enjoy.

    The zipper boots are great. I shattered my right ankle a couple of years ago and these are very easy to get my foot in and out without any pain. Walking is really great also, the arch supports are great.

    I have bought four pairs of shoes from Orthofeet and I am very happy with the comfort and quality of the shoes.

    I ordered 1 pair of size 9 walking shoes on November30 and was asked to confirm my order. When I confirmed, a second pair of shoes, size 5 that was added to my order. I tried to get customer service to stop the order but was told I had to wait until I got the shoes and then I could return them for a full refund and that their the return policy was free shipping and I had 60 days to return the shoes. After 2 delays, I finally got the shoes on December 21. The size 9s do not fit and so now I have 2 pairs of shoes I cannot wear. I’ve reached out to try and get return information because there was nothing in the bag but 2 pairs of shoes. I keep getting an email from Melody telling me they will only issue a 15% partial credit. This misrepresents their business practices and essentially lies to their customers.

    I love the shoes and boots I’ve gotten from Orthofeet. With my size 12 foot finding shoes to fit me and to be comfortable, this can be quite difficult. I also have problems with neuropathy and have had hammertoe surgery twice, I need all the help I can get!!

    Orthofeet is an excellent company. I deal strictly with the on-line market and have had only good experiences. Their shoes are comfortable, stylish and functionable.
    They have great customer service and respond quickly to questions. The order process is easy, shipping is free and fast; and if by chance you need to return something it is a smooth process which is also free.
    Their shoes wear well and hold up well. I now have over 10 pairs and I still wear my first pair as well as newer ones.

    Orthofeet has helped ever since I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Have purchased a wide variety of shoes, slippers, and boots. I suggested my wife try a pair and now see loves the ones she has purchased so far. Would definitely recommend Orthofeet for anyone who has issues with their feet.

    I am so happy i found this company! the most comfortable sneakers! Easy on and wide toe box! True to size! I forget i am wearing these wonderful sneakers! i! I own 2 pairs and looking forward to another pair!!
