    Orthofeet padded socks - $5 restocking fee - free return misleading I was so excited to receive these socks. They are ************** and felt like a perfect fit right away. Within an hour, the socks were falling down and worse, the socks were rotating around on my feet so I was walking on the tops of the socks. I was shocked to see that these guaranteed, free return and free shipping socks charge a $5 restocking fee and that is only if they are in resalable condition. I wore one pair of these socks for about 1 hour with pure intent to keep them. Total scam and they definitely do not stand behind their product. Read the fine print, the return process is very misleading. Buyer beware.

    This brand has changed my life!! I have been a hairdresser for 28 years and in the last year I have been developing plantar fasitis. It was painful to even walk especially in the morning. I started with a pair of slippers as advised by my friend who was a podiatrist. I ordered a pair of black shoes and when they didn't arrive I contacted Orthofeet who instantly sent out a new pair. I ordered sandals quickly after that. The last order of boots ( my 4th ortho pair) was sent in the wrong color. I called and instantly had my issue resolved within seconds. They are overnighting my new boots and told me to take my time returning the others. **************** is amazing and my feet, legs and knees are so much happier!! Thank you a million times over Orthofeet!!!

    Boots give great support but they lost their waterproofing quality after the 60 day return period. I had to buy cleaner and waterproofing spray to redo them.

    I have terribly flat feet and have ordered several pair of shoes over the last few years from ortho feet. I have never been disappointed. They are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever been able to wear.

    The first pair I ordered have been comfortable and satisfactory. The second pair has a velcro strap across the top that will not stay fastened but comes loose with my first walking step. I will not order again although both pairs of shews adjusted to my high arch and were comfortable. Pat

    At 65 years old, Ortho Foot is without a doubt, the BEST shoes I ever owned. I used to get Plantar Fasciitis quite often. After wearing these shoes for a few months, this condition went away, and has not returned for the past 5 years, when I first ordered them. My feet used to hurt at the end of the day, but no more. They are extremely comfortable and functional as well as stylish. I have a pair of sneakers which I wear daily, and a pair of dress shoes. Like any other shoe, replacing them every six months, if you wear them every single day, is a prudent move. Your feet are worth the very reasonable price of Ortho Feet. Thanks for making my life pain free in the area of the feet. All of my friends and co workers are now hooked on this amazing shoe.

    These ads say free return - but you are charged $5 per pair of shoes for a "restocking fee"!

    I purchased the shoes about a year ago and was very disappointed. It felt like i was wearing a box on my feet. They were just plain with no feeling of fitting my feet. I put them in the back of my closet and forgot about them. I was cleaning my closet and was going to donate to the goodwill and thought that i shouId express my openion abouit the product. I have several others same size, but different mfg and the work well for me. I feel that the orthofeed shoe mfg lost the mark. I purchased the G672 Sprint, and paid over $100. It was a waste. I suggest if your are going to purchase a shoe go to the store. I never will again shop online again for shoes.

    Don't know about the shoes but ordered 7 days ago and they still haven't shipped. Probably won't even open the box and just ship it back if it ever arrives. Ordered from a competitor and there's will come tomorrow. Probably won't ever order from them again and I suggest that you don't.
