    Be careful ordering. Ordering XL socks and I wear size 12 and these socks are huge. They charge 10 dollars to exchange. They use to exchange for free. I won't make a mistake and order again because of this. I really like everything I have gotten from them in the past. I called to get help and they wouldn't help at all. Their website wouldn't work. I guess it was mistake for not reading the fine print.

    i have over ten pairs of other companies shoes that hurt my feet, i have diabetes and wide feet and can never find good shoes, just received my first pair of orthofeet shoes and they are so comfortable and the extra insoles that came as a free option make them so comfortable, going to wear them a few days and will order several more pairs in the next week in different colors, great product

    Their shoes and boots have a very high arch support that felt like it was stabbing me on every step I took. I have a normal arch per my podiatrist. I was able to return the shoes & the anti-supination device as promised. Currently waiting for a refund.

    Orthofeet are the the best shoes,slippers and boots. I have wide feet and a;problem with
    callius. I don't were any shoes orther the Orthofeet because I can now walk without pain.

    Orthofeet shoes are the most comfortable and supportive shoes I have ever purchased. I have neuromuscular issues that cause foot pain so I need shoes that are supportive, the bonus is the shoes are also stylish, nothing clunky. I like the arch supports and inserts included with purchase so I can adjust the shoes to the perfect fit for me. Having bought several pairs of shoes and sneakers, returns are easy and customer service responds quickly to any issues so I find Orthofeet to be a good company that makes really good shoes.

    No stars beena customer for almost 6 years and very disappointed in the way they handle my problem my shoes are less than 6 months old and there not going to help me the inside of the shoe on the side is wearing out they won't replace them.     They send me wrong size and width for the second time, no size on the shoes only on the box, it was too big and the width way way too big and they did not give me all my money back, very bad company

    I have purchased 2 pairs of sneakers - first one because of plantar fasciitis a d second one because of hammer toes. Both orders came with specific iserts to deal with thise problems and I can honestly say they delivered relief in both cases. I also purchased winter boots which are very warm, comfortable (I was able to do my 1 hour walk in snow without discomfort), and water resistant.
    They have a great free trial period and returns were very easy. I returned an item same day I received it (bought 2 different size sneakers and one was too loose) and refund was issued same day with easy drop off at UPS store.
    Best of all they have EXTRA WIDE sizes for women, I have gone to stores where they didn't have extra wide and was given a suggestion to get mens sneakers which does not work because arch is in wrong place.
