    Good morning, I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the claims department for the last 9 days as well as the dealership to get my truck started on repairs and can not talk to anyone. I have spent hours on the phone to talk to someone in claims department and either spent 15mins to 2hr on phone and even discounted. This is really getting out of hand. I spoken to 4 ladies every day in customer service that has also sent your department and sent a email to your claims department to call me or Parkway dealership to provide information to start repairs on vehicle. Nothing! This is unacceptable! A representative came to dealership to evaluate damages and would get back with myself or dealership this is now going on for about two weeks i can not get a rental car before I speak to someone in CLAIMS Department. If I needed a toll or locked my keys in my car, how can I use what I pay for this plan if I can’t get anyone from your department to talk too? I need someone to call me today to resolve my issue and get started on my vehicle. I have emails sent from me, times that I have spent trying to get ahold of someone in CLAIMs Department and my dealership is giving me a few days to get this Claim done or due to the high demand of vehicles that are coming in to dealership, they are needing me to take my vehicle out of shop. That means I have to pay for diagnostic and pay for toll my truck out of dealership! I need someone to call me, If i do not receive a respond in 24 hrs to either myself or dealership. I will have to take further actions of reporting your company to BBB and both districts attorneys in my state and yours NJ and California and my Lawyer with unprofessional business practices. This has been going to long for the amount of time that I have spent loss from work and home,dealership time, emails that I have sent to your Claims department also your customer service that has also sent you emails. I was recommended to your company for service.

    The company plays thd keep them on hold and/or pass the buck if you are kept on hold and call the customer service number! This way, they never have to pay a claim. I have been on hold Hung up on and told by the customer service representative that they have send a message to the claims **** who will call me back which never happened! This has gone on for over two months! When I asked to speak with management I was told there was Noone they could transfer me to in management! I will have to resort to Legal measures if it comes to this!

    This company is not good at customer service. I have had this coverage since 9/23/2021. Have never made a claim until may 15th 2023. My wheel bearings are going out in my vehicle. This is something that is covered under the warranty. I tried calling them from may 15th till may 19th and never getting to talk to someone. I was on hold for over an hour on 2 separate days. I called customer service and they said they would give the claims department a message to call me back. I never received a call back so I finally ended up cancelling my warranty. I will end up paying for my repair myself. I would not recommend this company.

    Little secret The only reason this company has an A- rating with the better Business bureau is because the owner is on the committee board for the BBB.

    Was hung up on when I question them on why they received so many 1 star reviews. I tried to call the number they called me on but the number was not in service. Not sure how they obtained my phone number and they would not say how they did. This company has no care and is only out to scam people, they just want to sell you a plan without telling full details about it. They kept asking how would I like to pay it.

    I had purchased an extended Auto Warranty through Palmer. I decided to cancel under their policy. Although I had to contact them numerous times, they did refund my entire purchase price of $3,699.00. I do have to give them some credit for my refund. Have patience when you deal with them.

    I am Suiing Palmer Administrative Services for several reasons they claimed my car was modified when they sold me Coverage in 2020 and when my Engine needed to be Completely replaced they wouldn't replace it. They rather cancel my coverage and pay me half the money I paid in full $3,400 they gave me $ 1,700out $3,400 so far haven't responded back by email since December 21st little do they know I will be filing I Civil suit against them the Manager ****************************************.Palmer Administrative Services,
