Do NOT accept this warranty at your shop, we have been trying to get paid for an authorized claim for 3 months, every time you call they transfer you to a claims department and your on hold for an hour and then the phone just disconnects, we have been told several times that someone would call us back and have yet to hear from anyone in this company, at this point I don't believe they actually have anyone working in the ********************Palmer Administrative Services

DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY... Absolute JOKE... If you are a repair facility DO NOT accept this warranty. No one EVER answers the phone. Call the customer service line and wait on hold for 40 minutes each attempt just to be disconnected. No one in customer service seems able to help. Have left my name requesting a call back, sent an email requesting a call, "crickets". ******************* Been trying for over a month to get paid. Pure scam!! I purchased a policy in Nov 2023 for my car, and after 3months and we'll above the minimum mileage, I filed a claim for my car. First I took 2 weeks to be able to reach someone and then they declined to approve the repair. Thank God, I had another warranty that covered the repair. I called to cancel. They told me I had to mail a signed and notarized letter with some other BS that they want you to do hoping you won't. I did. I called 4 weeks and 8 weeks later, they acknowledge reception of all the documents and say it'd take some time. It's been 10 months, now they don't even pick up anymore. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PALMER ADMIN from !! I use and I love "Protect My Car" for my car warranty now but I don't think they still take more customers.Palmer Administrative Services

This is absolutely by far the worst auto protection company in business. They have a received a failing grade and I now understand why. I have made over 16 calls in a little over a month with no resolution. There is never a supervisor or manager on site (or so they say). They lie to their customers by saying they will call back and never ever do. If you have this company as your Auto Warranty drop them and get another one as soon as possible. Palmer Administrative Services need to go out of business being that they do not know how to conduct business. I have never been so disappointed with the service of a business such as this one. My problem began on 9/4/2024 and it is now 10/9/2024 and there is still no resolution. They have literally hung up the phone on me about 6 times, they refused to take my call. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTING!!!!DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED are the only words I can use here (without profanity) to describe my experience with Palmer Administrative Services.Better Business Bureau need to revoke their operating/business license.****** HPalmer Administrative Services

AS THE OWNER OF AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP I WOULD RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION IF SOMEONE TRIED TO SELL ME THIS WARRANTY COMPANY. WE HAVE NOW BLACKLISTED THEM AND WILL NOT SERVICE ANYONE WITH THIS WARRANTY. THEY APPROVE REPAIRS AND THEN DO NOT PAY. NO ONE ANSWERS THE CLAIM LINE AND SPEAKING TO THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE. THERE IS NO MANAGER OR SUPERVISOR (OR THEY JUST REFUSE TO GET OFF THEIR BUTTS AND WORK) ALL THEY DO IT TRANSFER YOU TO THE CLAIMS' LINE WHERE NO ONE ANSWERS. This company does not even deserve 1 star. This is a bogus company. I have been a service manager for over 20 years and have never dealt with such poor service. I have an approval from the company for a job performed for a customer. I was told I would receive a call for payment. I have tried to contact both the customer service and claims department and have been put on hold for 40 minutes only to be hung up on. This has happened every day for over a week. This is absolutely absurd. This company needs to be shut down. I have already informed the customer to stop all future payments to this company and needs to fight to get his money back.
