    Worst warranty company I've ever dealt with, Palmer was quick to charge my credit card but I never received my policy after calling countless times I decided to cancel policy,I was do a refund and here it is 5 months later still no refund worst experience ever

    Advertising through Direct Mail was at best deceiving. No mention of the actual company was given. Card was made to look as though it could have come from the manufacturer. After calling the toll free number, the Sales Representative was less than forthcoming with information. Leads me to believe this is fraudulent and unethical.

    I am a shop owner. I have spent over an hour trying to get a claim specialist on the phone and they hung up without ever talking to anyone. I have dealt with many warranty companies and apparently Palmer won't even talk to **. They need to change how they communicate. They have no email or call back options. I've never dealt with a warranty that wouldn't even talk to **.

    AUTO SHOP CANOT GET CUSTOMER SERVICE REP........WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER HOW CAN YOU START A LABOR CLAIM WHEN THEY DONT ANSWER THE ***** I WILL NEVER WORK ON A VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I DONT GET PAID TO WAIT ON THE ***** PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS

    Absolutely the worst warranty company ever! Hands down. I never thought anyone could be worse the car shield. Well they have them beat hands down. Over 9 hours on hold to get a repair authorized. Run away from this company!

    I am very discusted with this company over ten hours on hold. Inspector does not return calls. I paid the premiums in full first claim for my truck.This looks like a law suit Is my next step. Sad Company Palmer Group and Interstate Auto Protection is a fraud!Rating minus 5 stars!

    This company is a scam . No one answer phone in ************* You cant talk to anyone . You call they leave you on hold for 8 hours . Once they get ur money the vanish . Please dont buy this warranty

    Do Not purchase a warranty with this company (Palmer). I was expecting great things from them until this past Mother's day and my car started stalling and shutting off when I stopped at the stoplight. I had the car towed to the dealership on May 15th and it is June 6th and my car is still waiting for their approval to proceed in fixing my car. The only thing they did well was send out a contracted inspector. I am so frustrated with the quality of customer service because I havent been contacted once to even acknowledge my claim. I have paid almost $900 just for a rental for this month. On top of everything else, they had the nerves to take $139 out of my account June 2nd, but wont return my messages, or answer my calls. Give me a refund, but it is clear you are not providing any services to me. I even left a message with customer service stating my concerns and requesting a call back. I have been on hold for 45 minutes-2 hours at a time. I will be taking them to court. This is not how you do business and I am truly disappointed.

    Doesn't pay their part when you get a repair done on your vehicle. Scam! Do not use this company as a customer or repair facility. If you are a repair facility, get payment from the customer and have them get reimbursed from extended warranty.
