    I purchased my car in March of 2022. At the time of sale there were known issues that sales agreed would be covered by the dealership. This included interior molding, volume dial, and the back door hatch. It took until September 2022, when I had a major engine breakdown for the dealership to make me a service appointment. It is now 11/16/22, my car has been sitting at the dealership since 9/26/22 and my car has still not been worked on. Service sent us an estimate today, after requesting one multiple times, but according to the extended service contract company no one ******* has even requested an estimate through them! How the dealership can send us an estimate without even consulting the service contract that they sold us is beyond me! This entire situation has cost us thousands of dollars and we still have no answers.

    Our Service Manager have been in communication with client, unfortunately numerous situations have occurred within the country and/or brands that have delayed various parts for so long. We hope this client can finally enjoy his vehicle soon.

    I purchased a ************************************************************************************************ and deliver my plates and title. After my first temporary plate expired on july 22nd the dealership sent me another temporary plate. The second temporary plate has expired on August 22nd. I have called the dealership week after week in attempt to understand when i would be receiving my plates. ****** the receptionist has often taken my call and proceeds to take down my name and give me a call back later. I have asked to speak to the title clerk to get a better understanding of my situation but she never seems to be available to take my call. *** also never been attempted to be connected to her extension. I do not hold the title of the car or permanent license plates for the vehicle

    April 15, 2022 I purchased a **** Maserati Ghibli with an extended warranty through ************* Automotive ******** **** I've had to return the car over 5 times to fix issues they said were fixed but never was. I had to rent a car when they had my car for 4 days with the promise they would reimburse me, I left them the receipt of the rental and was never reimbursed. I've since moved to ** and had to bring the car to a dealership in my area. Upon inspection of the car, it was relayed the work Monmouth supposedly did to my car never happened. I had contacted Maserati of North America to assist and they are having issues with anyone getting back to them with an answer or resolution to this problem with the car. Dairon Dip the owner has been emailed by me with no response. ******************* the ** has not gotten back to **** the case manager at Maserati North America with any answers or resolution. The car has now over $2,000 worth or work that should have been fixed when the Monmouth dealership had it. To also find out, Monmouth never filed the paperwork for the extended warranty that I purchased.

    Purchased a vehicle from this business September 2021 and was misled on the following items:1. Warranty on the vehicle 2. issues on the vehicle - Carfax presented was not accrurate Carfax 3. Buy here, pay -here predatory loan provided. Loan is exponentially higher than I can afford and my salary at the time, $13.50/hr. was likely increased to get loan approval. 4. Final sale documents removed from car after car was returned 1 week after purchased to replace transmission.All of these issues now prevent me from having a car that I can drive, pay for monthly, or afford to repair.
