1 starOnly choosing one star because I couldn't choose negative stars or zero! This dealership is awful! Please, DO NOT purchase, finance or lease a vehicle from here! My 21 yo son bought a used *** from here in May- it took me 34 days, harassing & threating, just to get copies of the sale paperwork (which they did not provide him copies of at the sale & said they would email him). A headlight was not working when they drove the car around for him to take & was never disclosed prior to signing. He got the run around for a month on getting it replaced. His salesperson got fired a week after the sale. There was zero communication, even when my son went into the dealership to follow up on things. After 30 days of him being ignored, I had to get involved because he was riding around on an expired tag. His paperwork had never even been sent into *** until I called! His AC went 3 weeks after the sale. And the bottom of his glove compartment fell off that same week. Needless to say, we took his car to another shop (BMW Certified Master Tech) for the repairs, because I didn't trust these people working on his car after the crappy way they dealt with the sale. They do not give a c*** about the customer after getting your money!! Do yourself a favor & STAY AWAY! Just because they wear suits can't hide shady- you can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still gonna be a pig!Review fromRay E

1 starA completely misleading business. They use false advertisements on sites like **************. They use a stock photo of 2022 *** 430i xDrive at a good price, just to get you into their dealership. When I spoke a sales **** I asked him to confirm if that particular was available. I said I didnt want to waste my time driving all the way down to Ocean for nothing. He assured me the car was available. When I get their I ask for ******* and am told he is just the caller. That another salesperson would see me. When I told him that I came to test drive this car, he said let me go check and pull it out. After about 10 minutes, he comes back and says the car is no longer available. These are bait and switch tactics that waste peoples time and gasoline. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. DONT ever go to this dealership.Review fromChris C

1 starI am filing this complaint regarding a serious issue involving Maserati of Monmouth, where I purchased a 2019 ********** Atlas in February, 2022 for approximately $36,500.After financing the vehicle through Ally, trading in my ****** Tundra, and placing a $6,500 down payment, I recently discovered the vehicles title is branded as a Lemon Law Buyback something the dealership never disclosed to me at the time of sale. According to NJ law, this type of branded title must be clearly disclosed in writing before *********** make matters worse, Ive experienced significant mechanical issues, including: The coolant system overheating less than a year after purchase (required full replacement), Ongoing overheating in recent months (requiring frequent coolant top-offs), Unusual brake noises when the car is first started, which seem to relate to fluid movement or system defects. When I tried to get trade-in offers, I was told the car had been repurchased by the manufacturer under Lemon Law and flagged as a lemon in their systems making resale extremely difficult and devaluing the car substantially.I contacted **********, who confirmed the title is branded as a manufacturer buyback, but also stated Maserati of Monmouth is not an authorized ** dealer, making it even more concerning that they sold this vehicle without transparency.Despite my numerous outreach attempts through the dealerships online contact forms, phone calls, and emails, no one has responded to my inquiries or offered assistance.Resolution Sought:I am seeking one of the following: A full refund or trade-in equivalent of the purchase amount, Or a significant reduction of my loan balance to reflect the vehicles true value based on its Lemon Law ********** addition, I ask the dealership be held accountable for failing to disclose critical information that any reasonable consumer would expect and that the law requires.Review fromLisa A

1 starThis Dealership used high pressure sales tactics to get my son to finance a car that is unsafe and not emission compliant for Pennsylvania. The service contract that they sold my son is fraudulent as well. Avoid them at all costs. My son's first financed vehicle is now a $30,000 lawn ornament and we are stuck trying to get the attorney general involved.Review fromManus M

1 starUntrustworthy and completely misleading. The dealership presents itself as a full operating Maserati dealership, that can maintenance and handle all vehicles it sells and maintains. Regretfully, thats not the truth. After being convinced by their sales manager to obtain a tire warranty: the. Later on humiliated by their staff for questioning unscrupulous behavior, they had no time and were not taking any more appointments and could not help me to use at their service center, a (service I bought through the dealership.). Sadly I have had a hard time finding a service center that will handle my car with this warranty and they are not required by law, yet I was pushed by staff the dealership to do so. If the dealership cannot handle any more service requests, it really should also not be able to handle any more service sales. Im sure they had many sales over the weekend: but those unaware buyers are now at the mercy of your poorly performing, unorganized service center that cant take any cars they already sold? Thats misleading the public. This dealership is a tremendous red flag and its such a risk for the public to continue doing sales with this owner. After looking at reviews, this is typical behavior of this management and is a clear risk to the public. Ive had nothing but a negative experience with this dealership, I also think my rights have been compromised as an LGBT American, the mocking by dealership staff and disregard has not only been hurtful, but compromised my civil liberties. I question this dealerships commitment to the public and their blatant disregard for anyone they consider an outsider. Everyone is rewarded respect, regardless of their sexuality. We should all feel safe buying a car, management should listen to our concerns without attacks that undermine our safety as a buyer but also an LGBT person. LGBT are not safe at Maserati of ********, theyve made it abundantly clear. They will mock you, your accent your concerns.Review fromMarion W

1 starI had a horrible experience with this company. I saw a 2020 Audi Q8 that was advertised for $52,000. I confirmed that the vehicle hadn't been sold and told a salesman that I was on the way from ******** to purchase it. I drive 4.5 hours to see the car, only to have the salesman call me when I was 10 miles from the dealership to ask me who is financing the vehicle. I stated that I has secured financing through Navy Federal. At this time, he informs me that they can't use Navy Federal because the vehicle has structural damage. I was then told that they could secure financing through other finance companies. I then noticed that the mileage that was stated on the vehicle was off by over ***** miles. This was a horrible experience and I WILL NEVER use this company to purchase a vehicle.Review fromErrol R

1 starI would give Zero stars. Actually I wouldnt give anything Ill still take stars away. I bought a ****** and there were problems with it that was not only supposed to get fine prior to purchase. It they also did not fix it with the warranty they sold me and they continue to avoid calls and doing what they should be. They told me there was nothing wrong and I brought the car to another dealer and paid out my own pocket and they told me there was something wrong. I was supposed to be compensated for thats and havent received anything. I also have brought my car there over 4 times to get the same two things fixed and they have not only not fix it but act as if there is nothing wrong. I try to call back and they purposely do not pick up calls be shed I call on a different number and they answer and swear nobody is available and will call back later but I never receive a call. Ive been dealing with this issue for months and have yet to receive any help. I have a 4 year old daughter and I have to fund other ways of transportation to get her places because the back of the car is soaking wet and after time it smells like mold. *** brought it to their attention and they give faulty untrue receipts of work done and argue and do not want to give the proper paperwork. The car still had their marking/identifier to remove and I was told to buy paint and they will do it. I bought the paint and still nothing. Paperwork of their inspection doesnt exist even after I was told they had it. The gm bought the forms weeks later and told me he was going to do them now. After the purchase? And still have not received it. Definitely do horrible business and I honestly dont get how they are in business after seeing these reviews and they are also always empty. There is a lot of fishy things going on and I would advise people to stay away. They are all in on it. ****** the gm and the financial advisor that also doesnt seem to be working there now after he just started working my there.Review fromAfrodite P
