    I recently purchased a 2016 Grandturismo, needed some service done on it, brought it to Monmouth. *********************************, service manager is the definition of professionalism, respect and courtesy. I felt like he treated me like he would have treated his own immediate family.

    BEWARE BUYING CAR AT THIS SCAMMING PLACE These people would lie to you and told you they were sent out check refunding you but they never did. That's their tactic to trick people, I am not sure why no one has filed a lawsuit yet for the scam business they run. This place is trash filled with scam artist

    I would NEVER recommend this business! I bought a used *** and found out after I bought it they turned the mileage back. They also were supposed to change the oil and replace the battery and tires! They did nothing and they keep giving me the runaround! Buyer beware these people are very shady!

    Put a $4,000 deposit down by credit card to Alfa Romeo/Mazerati of Monmouth on 5/26/23 for a vehicle that was supposed to arrive at dealership by 5/29 or 5/30. June 2nd, vehicle still not arrived. Asked for a refund of deposit and was told it would be refunded to cc. June 9th no refund, called and told refund would be June 12th. June 13th called and was told that a check would be issued for refund. Offer to make 1.5 hour drive to the dealership, if necessary to get refund. June 22nd and still no check. Was told that they decided to refund to the card. June 26th, still no refund after 1 month, was told that Controller, ******* would be refunding the card. Left message at dealership that Controller or General Manager/Owner needs to call to resolve the refund. June 27th received text massage from who I would assume is the salesman asking for photos of the front and back of cc with security code. Sent a copy of the cc receipt . June 28th, still no contact from dealership and no refund to cc. I would drive to dealership but am afraid it will be a waste of time. Should be very easy to refund deposit on a car that was never provided. Only remedy is to dispute charge and file a complaint with the ** Attorney General/Department of Comsumer Affairs.

    Beware of this dealership they do not honor the advertised online sales prices of their vehicles. I didnt even try to negotiate a lower price. Sales manager added an additional $4k to the advertised sales price. He then advised I had to finance through them to get the advertised sales price. I told him I didnt need their financing and that I had money to make the purchase. I spoke with a sales person earlier we discussed the price with taxes, title and documentation fees. I purposely did this to make sure there werent any excessive fees. I drove 3 hours to consummate a bogus deal!. I politely declined and unfortunately wasted an entire day and my time is too valuable for that.

    Purchased a 57k *** 750i 4/29/23 car was advertised to have a rear tablet that controls rear seat options, it sits in a docking station in between the rear seats, I was told by ***** the salesman that the tablet was locked in a safe and had to come back Monday because only owner had the combination to the safe , and I was given a we owe you slip signed by mgr, I thought the we owe slip was proof they were telling me the truth but throughout the following month of may I sent 21 text and made nearly 15 phone calls to ***** and ***************************** basically with both either just lying about ordering the tablet from **** not answering my calls not returning my calls, basic runaround, went back to pick up plates on around the 1st of June, I saw ***************************** and ask about him just giving me half the money for the tablet and he told me he couldnt afford it, I told him I would file a complaint he didnt seem to care, he also told me ***** had been fired 2 weeks prior, this tablet cost 1100$ at ***! I have not yet ordered it myself until I look into taking these guys to smalls claim court, I would have never thought after spending this type of money at this dealership that these guys wouldnt honor their word! Also I have owned 7 cars and this was the worst Ive been treated after a purchase! MTM

    Did not honor car gurus advertisement price. Sold me a dent dinged up car after telling me their is no dents or dings Did not tell me convertible glass is falling out and mold is growing inside car Been almost 5 months with no registration or plates.

    I financed a vehicle with them in march and I have yet to receive any any tags or plates for the vehicle so Im sitting on a vehicle I cant drive I call every day and get told that it will be there tomorrow the salesman I dealt with blocked my calls now a month has gone by and Im paying on a vehicle I cant do anything with

    I went to purchase a vehicle found a gl 450 Manager ***** help me got me the deal so I thought but the deal wasnt done the day I drive the car home took a picture like I purchased it promising to fix the problems that was wrong with the vehicle. Three weeks later I get a text A TEXT from **** saying the deal didnt go thru I have to bring the vehicle back. Thru text he told me this no phone call nothing a text message. I get there no one can say what was the problem so I picked another vehicle cus the ** 450 had too many problems and within the three I had the vehicle they didnt attempt to fix it so I pick another vehicle ******* 2018 the car was nice not clean but nice running car but the tires was bold and this was the car the The MANAGER **** WAS DRIVING THAT GENESIS **** AND TO WORK AND THE ***** WAS BOLD AND THEY SAIS THEY WAS GOIN TO GET ME NEW ***** THAT WAS A MONTH AGO MY TEMP TAG HAS RAN OUT still dont have my tags no new tires call the dealership and get the same old run around they have to many KIDS RUNNING THAT PLACE AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOIN OR CONDUCTING GOOD BUSINESS ITS F***** HIGH SCHOOL IN THERE THE ***** OF Maserati of mammoth does not care about anything but putting money into his own pocket I WILL NEVER Recommend this dealership to NO ONE THAT DEALERSHIP IS ********
