      I would give a zero if I could. 2 year old refrigerator does not work. They will not give you any service. Impossible company to work with. Never buy a Midea product. Save yourself from these junk refrigerators.

      This company is terrible. Purchased an air conditioner from them back in 23 in May and now theres a recall on it and they said if you call them or email them, they will send you the repair kit. Emails are not answered. You cant call them they just refer you back to their Website when you get to the website they tell you to call the phone number when you call the phone number you go back to the website, absolute joke worst company on the market.

      Midea does not follow thru with their warranty. 5 yrs on compressors. Bought mine in 2022. This yr compressor went and all we get is fan air. Back and forth with ******** service for a week . AC on full blast for almost 2 weeks and house stays at 69. Todays suppose to be in 90s outside! 1st ******** service woman I talked to asked if fan or compressor went . Its obvious from that she knew what was wrong. Would give 0 stars if I could.

      I have no idea about their products' quality because I didn't get my order. I emailed them immediately after placing my order but they stalled and then later said they would try to cancel (but never did). The whole experience was awful.

      The customer service is pretty much non existent I wish I could leave 0 stars its been three weeks since I got two case numbers and havent heard a word from them on either. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !!!

      I bought a Midea refrigerator through ****** and totally regret it. 3 months in it doesn't cool well. I've been going round and round with them for a week. I contacted Lowes and they created a ticket with Midea and I get an email asking the same questions I answered a week ago. Only buy from them if you want your product to quit working and not get repaired. Lowes isn't any better I also bought a repair warranty with them for extra protection and they won't do anything because its supposed to be covered by Midea. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

      This company has been an absolute nightmare. The products are absolutely trash and stop working. I had a vacuum mop gifted to me 5 months ago. It stopped working and I contacted customer support. They requested all this information that I provided right away. They have fought me stating that its not correct but have also said that it is all the correct information they needed. They offered me $119 for the product saying that is what it is going for online but no place is selling this for that price. I have asked where to buy it for that and have sent proof that no place online or stores sells it for that. They are absolutely rude and just looking to steal your money. Please do not buy from this company

      Purchased a Midea window air conditioner. It worked for three cooling seasons. Now it has stopped working. The manufacturer is totally uncooperative and does not live up to its warrantee. I will not go into the specifics but the unit is highly overrated, difficult to install, and impossible to service without spending more money than just buying something new and throwing the Midea in the alley for salvage.

      Piece of trash dishwasher keeps having the same issue. They won't cover the repair since the manufacturer warranty expired, even though it's an ongoing issue from when the unit was under warranty. **************** apologizes, but won't actually help.
