    I ordered a dresser online on April 3rd, 2024 for $550 and an additional $150 delivery charge. The website states items typically ship within 4-5 business days. After waiting 3 weeks for an estimated delivery, I contacted buybuy baby customer support on April 22nd. After 5 days of correspondence via email and no resolution in sight, I requested to speak with a supervisor. I offered a solution on April 29th to the buybuy baby customer support supervisor that I'd be willing to drive 2 hours to a store and pick up the item I ordered rather than having it shipped to me since the company they use for shipping has had my item in their possession since April 12th and has repeatedly rescheduled their estimated delivery date. I was told on April 29th they would correspond with the store and arrange for me to pick the item up. The next day, on April 30th, I was informed that the store no longer had the item for me to pick up. I was told a new order would be placed with the vendor of the dresser on priority and they were working with a new shipping company to ensure I would receive the dresser promptly. Fast forward to May 14th and I still have not received the dresser. The second shipping company buybuy baby has decided to use has canceled my delivery date without any contact into rescheduling it. After 6 weeks from the order date, I still don't have the item I ordered and I am no closer to a resolution. I have stressed the timing of this item multiple times to customer support as I am 9 months pregnant.

    On 03/08/2024, I noticed 2 unapproved charges on my checking account from SP BUYBUYBABY ONLINE for $100.00 each (totaling $200.00). I also received hundreds of emails that day from companies all over the world trying to subscribe me to different things. I still have saved (but did not click on any of the links) all of the spam emails that were sent to me on 03/08/2024. I have continued to save spam emails, related to this instance, since then. Many of the emails were addressed to a reformatted email address and were not addressed to me at all. On 03/08/2024, I called and cancelled my debit card immediately, when I discovered the charges. I also promptly started a claim with my bank for these charges (Claim #*************** via *****). I was encouraged by a ***** representative to submit a report through the *** immediately, since it was not just my card that was compromised to help show proof that my identity was compromised. I have since completed and submitted an IC3 Complaint Referral Form on 04/08/2024. I was also encouraged to submit claims through the BBB. I am happy to provide all of the spam emails as evidence of this incident of fraud, along with the bank information about my open or soon to be disputed claims. I can also get proof and documentation of my whereabouts on 03/08/24 during the time of the crime to show that I was a victim of identity theft and fraud on 03/08/2024.

    The customer raised a concern "instance of stolen identity and to report faulty purchase" We cancelled the orders immediately and  requested cutomer to contact her bank to secure her card and overall information safety. We are not allowed by law to divule any other customer infornation.

    I have been trying to track down a BuyBuy Baby e-gift card for $250 I sent last december (2022) when BuyBuy Baby was still open. I spoke to someone from BuyBuy Baby earlier this year to explain that the intended recipient never recieved the email. They assured me they re-sent it but the recipient still did not receive it. I've since tried to simply get my money refunded to my AMEX but I keep getting bounced around. I tried to dispute the charge via AMEX and they are saying they are unable to verify with the merchant. I just want my $250 back. I have the information in email. Who can help?
