1 starTo whom it may concern I applied to take the paraprofessional exam for the Teacher's assistant for ******* , First time tested in Dec18,2022 remotely and the system didn't recognized me, after several attempt calling everywhere to reschedule 2 hour later I was told to go ahead take the exam anyways to not forfeit my fee which was $68.00. Five days later I received my results that I didn't pass which now has been erased from the Prometric system. On February 23rd I reschedule and paid $88.00 to retest for the ******* para professional exam again after testing I was told by Prometric agent the test I took was wrong. Then again I reschedule on March 8th 2023 paid $88.00 dollar plus, and only to be told it was a wrong test again. I'm asking your team to investigate this unfair and unjust situation with a full refund.Review fromBrady H

1 starWould rate zero stars if possible and would strongly encourage customers interested in one of their products to seek any alternative product. I was not allowed to take my scheduled GRE exam yesterday as my internet connection was "not stable enough" according to their representatives, even though their recommended equipment check that I ran on my computer two days prior noted all software tests, including the test for internet connection, were sufficient to take the exam. I am not aware of any software that has been unusable or has even had trouble with my home internet connection. I work from home routinely for a commercial bank with various types of advanced software and have never had an issue with connection at any time. It is interesting that at no point yesterday did any of my personal computers or other devices have any trouble with internet connection. And at no point in the test signup process or preparation was I notified of the required internet connection needed to even access the exam, or the repercussions of not having this supposed "ultra-high-speed internet". The company has a policy for this test and many others that one must wait 21 days after taking an exam in order to retake it. I was informed yesterday by multiple customer ********************** reps that I must wait until the end of the 21-day period to re-take the GRE because "you clicked on the exam link you have to follow the 21-day retake policy"!!! This link I clicked on only brought me to a window to communicate with the test *******. The actual testing software was AT NO POINT downloaded onto my computer, thus I never even had the opportunity to read or open any testing materials. It doesnt make ANY logical sense that clicking on a link would be anywhere close to the equivalence of actually taking the exam. The above response has so far been the only one given by customer ********************** reps. I am also told that NO refunds are available at this point!!! 1 starThey really need to have a zero-star option here. Scheduled the at-home test, I checked in, there were issues on their side, they took 25 minutes to even work on it after I contacted them and spent another 20 30 working on it. Was told to wait for my ******* at that point. I waited 40 minutes then called and ******** said ETS canceled my reservation. Called ETS and they said they would review the ProctorU report and then they wanted me to call back in 3 to 4 days. I took work off today and as an intern I don't have sick days so I just don't get paid. After saying goodbye he kept saying that I needed to be the one to end the call. I muted it and just let him keep trying to get me off the phone. When he finally hung up there was a survey available. Keep on that line and tell them what you think of them. 1 starAwful. Its just a way to make teachers pay fees in order to keep their license. I was scheduled to take an exam at home, took the practice test, tried to log into the real test and it said my computer didnt support their system. I was on the phone with them for hours just getting passed from one agent to another. Never got it resolved so I am just out $120 and have to reschedule in 28 days. Huge scam.Review fromAnum h

1 star******************************************************************BEWARE:The CONTACT number for CUSTOMER ********************** if you are a TEST TAKER is NOT in ***************** and DOES NOT have the resources OR AUTHORIZATION (Per x3 statements from Customer ******************** routed OUTSIDE *****************. The Supervisor that I spoke to at SIX 09NINE21**** stating she is a direct employee of ETS and stated it would be at least 2-3 weeks to "investigate" that at the **** of the **** the CORRECT address was verified and a week later (they have no record but I have an ICLOUD verified ************* stamp showing proof of call) including in the ETS system login my CORRECT ADDRESS ---HOWEVER in the system the TEST RESULTS are not viewable - Parapro stated that there is NOTHING via EMAIL NOR available ONLINE --- as in YOUR Parapro account to via test scores. "Supervisor" stated that Parapro/Praxis test takers CAN NOT view their test scores online when logging in to account. BEWARE OF TAKING YOUR **** WITH THIS COMPANY --- IF YOU TOO HAVE EXPERIENCED HARDSHIP with OBTAINING YOUR TEST RESULTS PLEASE CONTACT THIS GMAIL ACCOUNT FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT - BUT BETTER YET- TO HOLD THIS COMPANY ACCOUNTABLE FOR NOT PROVIDING FACTUAL REPORTING OR RECORDING INFORMATION FOR TEST TAKERS NOR PROVIDING A FREE AND "REASONABLE - **** DAY" RESOLUTION --- AS THE EIGHTHUNDRED SEVEN729476 (SAME CENTER AS SIX 09 NINE21 **** and NOT IN *****************) DOES NOT (PER CS AGENTS) HAVE THE RESOURCES OR THE AUTHORIZATION TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES AND WILL ADVISE ONLY THAT FOR $50 WITH A CC GIVEN OVER THE ***** WILL THEY RESEND THE TEST SCORES IN ANOTHER "2-3 WEEKS" WITH NO GUARANTEE of CORRECTED ADDRESS NOR a GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY. 1 starThese people are an absolute joke. The costumer service are the most rude and unknowledgeable I have ever spoken to. This is what happens when you outsource jobs to save a dime. The people over the phone are rude not helpful they have zero idea on what they are talking about. I wish I could leave a zero star. Why would I pay for something that provides not help or support when problems arise. Why would I every utilize this system again? 1 starETS is the most ineffective, inefficient, indifferent institution! My online test didnt work and they blamed me before I got mad at them. Then they told me to take onsite test and it got canceled after I received an email from confirming my registration!! I am heartbroken after I called and emailed them multiple times and still got no solution after 6 business days!!!!
