I took the praxis test online, and have not received my official scores yet. Even though I received an email which reported information that my score is under investigation, and I asked about it through phone call. Now they told me that they dont know and have no information. Poor customer **********************. This is freaking ridiculous! I took the test about 10 times all together and because I finally passed with money wasted on tutoring. I finally passed and they cant take anymore money from me they want to investigate. Now, I have to wait 1-2 weeks for my scores and cant report it to my school if I passed so I can finally start my Clinicals.

I am one of those candidates whose testing was a disaster because of poor test practices. ETS Praxis, a widely-used teacher certification exam, faces significant criticism for its unreliability and poor service. Candidates often encounter incompetent proctors and technicians, leading to a disrupted testing environment and technical difficulties. Additionally, ETS's strict no-refund policy reflects poor business ethics, leaving dissatisfied candidates without recourse. The testing software is notoriously unreliable, causing system crashes and compatibility issues, with ETS deflecting blame onto candidates. Moreover, ETS has a history of arbitrarily canceling test scores without explanation, leaving candidates frustrated and powerless. In conclusion, ETS Praxis fails to provide a fair and reliable testing experience, undermining the credibility of the teacher certification process.

If I could give zero stars I would.Praxis utilizes ******* U as an online partner for at-home exams. I was logged in and waiting for my exam, and the ******* U ******* never came. ******* U cancelled my session due to their incompetence and unprofessionalism. I filed my case with Praxis-ETS who told me that the ******* listed me as a now-show. Weird, when it was the ******* who was a no-show. So now I am out an extra $130 to take the Praxis. I paid, and did not get what I paid for.THIS IS FRAUD!

I am a student teacher which means I PAY COLLEGE TUITION to teach and then take the Praxis II. I paid to take the exam and then logged in. I waited two hours for a ******* to show up and even sat on hold for 45 minutes. In the end nobody showed up. When I reached out to ETS for help they told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do about it. Mind you I live in a remote village and I cant take the test at the testing center in *********. When I was going to be in ********* to test in person they only offered ONE day in the month of May. Its ridiculous that they f*** up and then still charge us more money to take an exam. They take forever to give the exam, they dont give us our results in a decent amount of time, they claim we cheat. Im so irritated with the lack of customer **********************. I hate that we have to take a timed exam to be a teacher. This exam that is a f****** scam does not define teachers. Anyone and everyone working for ETS needs to learn some customer ********************** and stop claiming the test takers are the problem.

ETS Praxis (**********************************************************) is the sole ******* that provides the PRAXIS certification test required by the state to teach in the state of ********* ******* needs to be investigated for poor business practices and fraud. It has many BBB complaints. They provide exams for the required Praxis test. The software they use often fails. They are aware of the issue as well. But they refuse to give refunds for a product they know doesn't always work and will not give refunds or credit. They also make you pay for the next test even though the first purchase didn't work. We are still trying to get a refund for the first test offering that didn't work. The ETS reps are condescending, unapologetic and just give you the run around. The ETS ******* is holding these young teachers in ** and elsewhere over a barrel because they know they have to have the PRAXIS certification. So I guess they figure they can rip them off as often as they like.

I took the ***** test online, and have not receive my official scores yet, even though I received the email which reported availability of my score last week. Then I was NOT informed that my score is under reviews for no reason, until I asked about it through phone call. Now they told me that they can not guarantee when it ends. This is freaking ridiculous! As all the comments online, they do NOTHING BUT TAKING THE TEST FEES!

Not a fan of the entire process and still waiting for my official scores as of writing this review. It's been 3.5 weeks already. Took test to completion at testing center and there were no irregularities. Submitted for scoring. Unofficial score flashed on screen. Since then, no further contact. The delay in official scoring is excessive. The experience of taking the test at an official center is somewhat dehumanizing. I can't believe we find ourselves depending on this company to move forward with credentials. They can certainly do better in a number of areas. Providing official scores in a reasonable time frame is one of them.Hoping to get resolved within days. Not an unreasonable expectation.

It's disgusting that in order to get a ** teaching license you must use this company. Words cannot express what an awful company this is. My test was cancelled due to tech problems. Their tech support was unable to solve it and I wasn't refunded or allowed a different date to take it again. They never even responded to my complaints, phone calls, and emails an entire month later. How in the h*** are they even in charge of testing anyway...

Kicked out before I could start my exam because supposedly I got out of my chair. Which I did not. On the phone for 2 hours and still didnt get to talk to a representative. Did some research to see if this has happened to others and found that it happens to a lot of people!!!! Then they make you wait 28 days to reschedule no matter the situation and you pay the original cost again for being a teacher shortage they seem to like to make things more complicated. So sad that they are ok with just taking peoples money

On February 25th, I took the ***** exam at home. A little over a week later, I got an email from *** stating that I might have gotten help with the test. I cannot imagine how they can blame people and profit from it. Anyway, a few days later, I received another email from ETS informing me that my scores were being reviewed administratively and that I could expect a response in the next two to four weeks. However, I haven't heard back from them since then. I've phoned them numerous times and given them multiple emails, but they never answer the phone or return my messages. I guess only automated messages are being sent to the all candidates.I just wanted to release my scores or return my money back.
