      I purchased a Miele dishwasher in late 2021. It stopped working 3 weeks ago. I could not get anyone to come to service it. Even through Mieles site. After 3 weeks they finally were able to put me in touch with a repair service. He was here today to tell me the circuit board was totally gone. $952 for the part and $420 for labor. Plus the $119 I paid today for the door call. Do not buy this brand!

      Poor quality in wall coffee machine. We bought top of the line. 5 months later, during which we only used the machine lightly, it broke down. The customer service *** at ********************** sent a local guy and this guy was a lunatic. Obviously something was bothering him before he got to us, judging from his angry and threatening body language. We had to get him out when he went ballistic and started screaming obscenities at us. It took two of us grown men to keep him from forcing his way back into our apartment. We called the police, filed a ***ort and are getting a restraining order. Way to go, Miele.

      I worked with Miele to try to solve an issue of my dryer not drying clothes. They sent techs out three times, none of whom were able to fix the problem. They charge me $550 for those tech visits and assured me that if I bought a replacement Miele dryer, I'd be credited back for that charge. I bought a replacement dryer on July 29, 2024. I submitted documents to Miele proving that purchase on August 1st (it took them three emails back and forth to tell me everything they needed...not sure why they couldn't put it all in one list so it wasn't processed until August 6th). On August 13, 2024 I received a notice that my credit had been approved. I've followed up periodically via email with them and every time the time it can take for the credit to process has extended according to their customer service responses. First I was told three weeks, then five, now eight. It has now been NINE WEEKS and I STILL have not received my credit. This company seems to use borderline nefarious practices to dupe people into buying another unit with them and then not crediting back the service charges for techs who didn't fix anything. I can't say strongly enough DO NOT work with them or buy from them.

      I bought a BRAND NEW top of the line XXL Plumbed Steam Oven from Miele in January 2024. It worked THREE times and then died. I had to wait for their appointed technician partner to come visit and he couldn't figure it out. I then had to wait another month for his supervisor to come look at it and he couldn't fix it. I then had to call back and get an actual Miele technician this time to come look at it. That took another month. He had to order a new pump and he came back several weeks later to replace the pump in my BRAND NEW oven. Once the pump was replaced, it STILL would not work and he said the motherboard needed to be replaced and even then, it might not work.Only after their technician said that he might not be able to fix my new oven did Miele agree to open a Case Number. That was August. Again, I bought this oven in January. It's now September and no one has contacted me from Miele like they promised and when I called again, they said I had to wait and still couldn't tell me when they would review my case and get me a new working oven.I was sold a LEMON and they are dragging their feet in replacing it.

      Sent in my automatic coffee machine for a repair.They sent it back in a DIRTY condition with scratches/scuffs on the unit, and came back with another problem.Now there is an error message saying "insert the drip tray and the waste container", and the machine won't go pass that message. The unit doesn't work.I heard there are magnets in the back of the tray that could be cleaned to possibly fix the problem.I tried it, it didn't work.I sent in the machine again for the second time. They DID NOT even try to clean that magnet or replace the tray. It came back even dirtier and more scuff. All they did was reset the machine which did not fix the problem.I called Miele, and i can't even talk to the supervisor directly?? They gotta call me back in 24 hrs?? What an experience after spending $2k on a coffee machine.

      Absolutely abysmal customer service. 1 year old oven that broke and still no replacement 3 weeks in or an update.

      I purchased a vacuum from them. The power head is for cats and dogs. From day one the vacuum does not pick up dog hair from the carpet. I called them and they told me to take it to a repair shop and I would have to pay the fees. I paid over $700 for a piece of junk that takes up space. This is not ok. I will never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone else. They will not even honor their products. Also, the place that they wanted me to take it is an hour away. I decided to look on amazon for reviews for the vacuum I purchased and there were hundreds of reviews stating the same thing I am, that the power head does not pick up pet hair. The price for the power head was more expensive than the non pet head by a few hundred dollars. The power head feels like a cheap piece of plastic. Others said they had to purchase a new head at their own expense and within a year that one was garbage too and from purchase never worked the way it should have. I am so disappointed. I don't have the money to fix it or buy a new vacuum. I treated my self to this vacuum and now am out the money.

      Miele took a sharp turn to the worse in the past couple of years. We had a dishwasher that I could not praise enough. Unfortunately it broke down recently after 10 years of service. We bought a new Miele dishwasher and it has been a disappointment in the quality of the wash. On top of that it broke after 6 month. The warrantee tech came over to fix it twice and couldn't fix it. He created a case for a replacement and Miele gas been dragging its feet in the process. We've been out.of the dishwasher for iver 6 weeks now without any clear prospect of when we xan get ot either fixed or replace. This has been a complete let down.

      Brand new dryer. Never worked properly. Clean plinth filter alarm goes off xxxxxxxx a cycle. Purchased a few filters. Did not help. Miele sent service guy out twice. Never fixed issue. The dealer stated they were going to replace the whole dryer. Never happened. Now they want $300 just to come out and look at the dryer. Horrible product. Worse customer service. Stay away from their dryers. Sorry.

      I needed to replace my dishwasher and saw Miele was running a rebate promotion for $400 on select dishwasher purchases. I called Miele customer service and was told if I order two, even to the same household, that each dishwasher would qualify for the rebate.After spending $5k+ on 2 dishwashers, I'm now being told they are treated as one and only qualify for $400, not the promised $800. Beyond upset as this feels like a bait and switch, especially after being told that the two dishwashers would qualify!!
