      This has to be one or the worst companies as far as customer service and products goes. Do not buy their products!

      We bought the ** 2360 ventilation hood for our home kitchen from Abt in March of 2019 and by April 2022, the motor died. Before then, it was making noises that indicated something was wrong and it continued to sound worse. We do clean the filter. ****, a certified Miele tech, came out to diagnose the hood and confirmed that the motor died, could not be fixed, and had to be replaced. The vent was already past warranty by one year. That was a $150 appt on 3/22/22 just for looking at it. The motor arrived and was replaced by **** on 4/12/22, and was written up as $978.29, including travel fee, working time, and traveling time, but he was merciful and offered a large goodwill discount. We kept the old motor but **** had told us it would be nearly impossible for anyone to fix.In February 2024, the hood started making its tired, strained noises again. Mind you, this is less than two years after having the first motor replaced. And a hood's one basic component is the motor. I called Miele about honoring the warranty but they said that it was still out of warranty because the hood was bought in 2019. So, even though the motor, the functioning unit, was less than two years old and installed by Miele, they would not honor the warranty. I had to schedule another $150 appt for 4/3/24 with ****** to tell me what I already knew: that the motor was dead. ****** did diagnose also that it was likely jammed by another part of the hood and maybe the design was bad. He suggested buying a whole new unit rather than a new motor because it's likely the motors will keep getting jammed and stop working. That would be another $1199 plus the recommended $900 10-year warranty. "Then we can keep coming out here at no cost to you." Yes, for the price of a few ventilation hoods.We chose this brand in 2019 over others who make compact hoods because we've heard Miele has excellent quality. But that's not the case here. Beware! Miele builds products to break in a little over the warranty's time.

      Ive had a defective oven since day 1. Two years later, 6-7 service calls, 2 different technicians and no results. They are horrendous, worst customer service Ive experienced for a so called high product. Replace this lemon!

      0 Stars. Purchased a $3,500 set of stackable *************** Unable to get the $500 rebate offered as the website keeps returning an error message. No one at the company will help and they won't give us the contact information at the rebate center or give us paperwork to complete and send via mail. I feel this is a deceptive practice (UDAAP) and am going to file a complaint with the ***** Dryer door was broken when arrived and we've also had to bird dog that and it is not yet fixed. We are going to return these machines unless someone from the company makes things right.

      We purchased this expensive dishwasher because the brand from Miele was highly rated and we have learned it is a piece of crap! We purchased/ordered the dishwasher January 2021 and none in stock. We had to wait for it to come in and be delivered and installed. I knew it was going to be a problem when one of the installers said we/appliances store don't install many of this brand and I don't know much about this brand so if you have questions I really can't help you. We started having an issue with the dishwasher Dec. 2023 before the christmas holiday. I went without a dishwasher for almost a month. First scheduled appointment was canceled because technician was sick. Appliance store rescheduled another technician for the next day. Technician that was sent out was not sure what issue was really going on with dishwasher. The technician also did not have the correct equipment/tools to test the dishwasher. Appliance store needed to send out another Technician and could not scheduled until mid January ****. The Technician told us it was the auto-dose. The technician reset the dishwasher. It worked one time afterwards and now is giving us the same fault code. The Technician did tell us how much the part cost which is over $500 that does not include the cost of labor. We already paid $189.00 to get it looked at by appliance store to tell us what was wrong with dishwasher which took three visits, one canceled visit and two other visits before we got an answer. Which was an inconvenience for us.This was the first time we ordered from this appliance store and unfortunately it will be the last time they will get our business.We expected that the Miele brand to last way longer than just under 3 yrs before having these issues especially for what we paid for it! They say the dishwasher are reliable and last 10-20years. I have seen on ******* about people having problems with the autodos so it must be an ongoing problem with Miele dishwasher.

      Vacuum did not work upon purchase and delivery. I called customer service for help and they said they cant do anything except ****** a vacuum repair shop for me (Repairs at my own expense) because they have a SEVEN DAY Return policy. Which is bizarrely unprecedented. To my shock and disappointment I received zero offer for a refund, a replacement, or even an apology. A terrible purchase compounded by a singularly terrible customer service experience. I bought a Shark vacuum for 1/3 of the price and can finally clean my house. Thanks for nothing Miele.

      I called Miele Headquarters in *********, **. about our suddenly not-working dishwasher. After asking many questions, they told us that we now had an appointment with a local repair company today sometime between 4-8PM. We had important business in the city 30 minutes away. We rushed back home here and waited and waited. I finally called the specific repair place, and discovered that MIELE LIED TO US! Not only did they never make an appointment with this company but the company told us that Miele does this a lot! And they have gotten many complaints from people like us who have waited and waited thinking someone is going to show up and they dont! I will NEVER recommend Miele as a company to do business with again! THEY HIRE LIARS!!

      **************** is terrible to non existent. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied. They deserve less than one star. Avoid their washer and dryer.

      Management hides from unhappy consumers....purchased top line Miele Dishwasher $2500, and approximately 2 years later (post warranty period) it breaks down "Intake Valve" error message. Had a "certified miele technician" arrive to solve the issue, and one month later at the cost of $1278, the problem is "fixed".....sadly the fix didn't last long, randomly the error message would reappear. Selecting a different mode would reset it and we could run the cycle selected a few times, before it quit working mid-cycle with the "Intake Valve" error message. I made MULTIPLE attempts to speak with someone in management to address my concerns. Mgmt refused to speak with me and told the messenger that because I didn't contact ****** upon each infraction, there is not enough evidence (pd invoices for prior repairs weren't enough), so there is nothing that can be done. We've been LOYAL Miele customers for 20 years and spent at least $25,000 on appliances, Two sets of WD/s, 5 ****** systems, a Professional Ironing System, top of the top-of-the-line selections, and this is the type of service Miele provided long-standing high-end clients. Buyer beware this company is a scam and will do everything in their power not to provide quality customer service.
