      We purchased a Samsung washer and dryer combo from ********** of ******************* ********** on 10/23/19. Its been a nightmare of unpredictable service since! We kept getting Ub trouble codes on the machine , and we thought it was out of warrant, so we paid ****** for a repair service that said they specialized in the product. They came over twice and did nothing but said it was unbalanced! Then we located the original receipt and contacted Samsung themselves and they said we had a warranty coverage. So they sent a person here who did the same nothing job of saying it was unbalanced! In fact , this guy didnt even stay around long enough for me to put the load in that the machine messed up last night! Weve since then , been on a phone run around with the company! The stall us out till they close and we get a answering machine! They even had the nerve to try and charge us ****** to send another repair man! Can anyone help??

      Absolutely worse company ever . Brought a tv and the tv back light went out not even 2 months after purchase , contacted Samsung about it they said they would have it repaired didnt hear back from Samsung for days I had to call back multiple times to find out they cancelled the repair ticket cause allegedly not having repair parts in stock and I would need to wait until it arrives forward another few days and again I had to call back to find out they would not repair the tv and would have to refund me but not until a 3rd party company picks up the tv . I wait another week just to receive a call on pickup date that Samsung has giving the company too much work and wouldnt be able to pick up the tv . I contact Samsung regarding this and all the reps say are Im sorry heres the number to (kenco-3rd party company) you can try to call and see when they will pick up the tv still waiting and trying to see what will happen as they refuse to return my money without the pick up or replace the tv very very unprofessional and giving customers the run around for weeks most definitely would recommend people to stay away from Samsung and not spend a single dime on any product of theirs

      I have a Z fold 3, the phone has issues[recorded] with Tmobile's network and would not connect to the network(no calls,text,internet data). I called Samsung and informed them of this, upon which they said it is a Tmobile network issue and you will need to get an updated Sim card from Tmobile. I went to Tmobile and got the updated simcard which gave me same issues with connectivity. Upon this I called Samsung again and informed them of the situation, they said they will need my phone to be shipped to them for repair or taken to a local retailer. I opted to take it to a local retailer so that I don't have to be phone less for **** days. The local Samsung retailer said they cannot help me with this repair as it's upto Samsung to repair this device. I called ********************** and then shipped the phone to them. The phone returned back today 07/22(hoping it's fixed). I turned it on and saw that the wide screen has a think Crack internally on the right side of the phone from the camera till the bottom a straight line. I called Samsung and informed them, again they said the phone will need to be shipped back for repair. I told them that it's inconvenient for me to be without a phone if they could just sent a replacement phone instead and so forth. They denied and said this is going to have to be shipped back. Samsung agreed that there was no damage on the phone when they received it. This is very poor customer service from **********************. They are NOT cooperating with their customers. Not to mention the call centers are internationally located and call agents don't understand the issue clearly due to language barrier. I hope BBB will help me relay this message to Samsung.

      Samsung has the worst customer service I run cross in a long time, which they call themselves pro team they lie lead you on that they are helping you all false, I received samsung 40 inch tv model UN40N5200AFXZA for xmas 2018, 2 yrs later wouldn:t come on under warranty service came right out well 2 years late 06/25/2022 out again, they informed me no warranty I told them it was a defect **'s don't go out 3 1/2 years. they offer to pay labor and parts, well guess what Service Quick don't have an idea how long parts take to come in. The game start with Samsung on pro team I have 4 ticket # from them each one different they decided to replace the ** what they told Service Quick and order parts you come do one or the other, final they tell me on 07/19/2022 they will not replace just do parts no idea when parts will come in so today i went to best buy and purchased a ** not Samsung they play guys with you, almost a month we replace parts then we will replace ** we want a satisfied customer don't have to worry about me never purchase any of there brands stay away from them poor service.yes I would like to be satisfied with the lies each person told and then they send you to some other department and you start all over again with the problem they are fakes. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS oh I forgot he time you call they cancel each ticket play games with the customer.

      I was on the market for a new phone and called samsung to look into a phone. the lady that I spoke with was very nice and offered me the phone for ****** less that the actual price and gave me the earbuds and charger for free. It was to be paid in four installments of ******, I got my phone was very happy with it.Then there comes the surprise! My credit card was charge ******* from samsung. I called and told them about how I bought and the price I was given for the phone. he was very upset, yelled at me and said return the phone for full refund and send me the return label. I thought it was going great.Here is the ordeal. I returned the phone and by the tracking, it was delivered. then I received and email from samsung saying that they got the phone, then another came shortly after and it said "we will not give you a refund because we have not received your item" So now they WILL NOT REFUND ME OR GIVE ME THE ***** BACK. I have talked to my bank and they are working on getting the money back.

      I have a Samsung ** that quit working while under warranty. In April, the company sent two people to resolve the issue. They were unable to get the ** working. They referred me to an authorized Samsung repair shop. I had to drive the car each way and leave the ** for a week. The ** had the motherboard replaced, but went out again recently. I spoke with a representative from Samsung last week who commented that I needed the ** to be exchanged for a new or that I should be issued a refund. He was unable to proceed with the ticket. He assured me that someone would call me in 24 business hours. I did not receive a call after 3 days. I called again today. They put me through the same song and dance from a different representative. I spoke with a supervisor who explained that I needed to be patient. They claimed that my ticket has been expediated, but this seems unlikely as they never returned my call in the first place. I asked to speak with someone who could handle the ticket. They transferred me to another person who took my ticket number then said, "I have no idea why they transferred you to me. I can't do anything with this ticket." They clearly transferred me to this person in an effort to get me off the phone. Samsung is not backing their product, thus I have an unplugged ** sitting on my floor for a 6th day in a row. This is unacceptable.

      Samsung is the worst! If u have an iPhone, stick with them! I needed to get my fold3 fixed, so I reached out & they offered me 3options. Local repair store, ship it or trade in for the new s22U. The agent ***** said trade in ur phone and pay the difference due to **** and use of the fold3. Ok. I asked will my phone carrier ******** be advised about the pay off. Yes, they said & with REASSURE, THEY SAID YES. Come to find out, that's not the case. They can not address the pay off to tmobile because they're two different companies... yet they have TMobile selling their products. So A Samsung employee MISINFORMED me. After a 2 hr phone call & maaaany agents, They stated "sorry, u have been misinformed but there's nothing we can do". They refuse to take responsibility for one of THEIR employees mistake. And oh I have had waaaay more headaches because of Samsung. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! They r irresponsible and very unprofessional. Many agents have sighed, huffed and puffed, ughed their way through a phone calls, like their job is so much to do. If anyone else has major problems with Samsung pleeeeease spread the word. After their nightmare of experience, I want to save anyone from that nightmare.

      January 30th 2022 I purchased the new zflip3 phone June 10th 2022 I noticed my phone had a line where the fold is then it started bubbling each time I used. I sent the phone to be repaired on June 13th *** driver brought a box to put the phone in,I did give the *** driver the box with the phone all recorded on my doorbell camera. *** lost my phone. An investigation was done I was told by *** they were closing the investigation and issuing samsung a refund. I then called samsung to let them know the refund wld be issued. They said they wld call me Never once have I received an email or call from Samsung. I've had to call every week. Samsung told me it was gonna get back with me in a few days to let me know how much wld be refunded. I called again the following week bc I haven't heard from samsung and I was told no refund bc *** needed more documents. I said we'll why was I told everything they needed they have just be patient with the refund process. Ever week I called I got conflicting stories from each representative. No one ever on the same page. I am making payments through **** for I phone I don't have that is under warranty and almost 2 months later no phone no resolution. Me wirh no phone at all and was told go purchase another.I can't believe all this and it's still going on

      Noticed a faint crack/line in the middle of my galaxy fold 3 where the phone is folded. I figured no problem I'm still under the one year warranty. Called customer service, was given a ticket number but was told by the repair center that the screen is not covered. So basically they wanted to charge me 800 to replace the screen. I dont have a crack per se, just a faint line forming on their foldable glass from repeated opening and closing I assume. The company does not stand behind its product and its warranty is basically nothing. I would reccomend others to stay away from the brand if possible. $2000 for a phone with a screen that couldnt make it 1 year when much cheaper phones go years without issue

      I sent in my phone for repairs with no external damage i have pictures. They are now sayign there is internal and do not want to honor the warranty. There is no water damage, drop damage ect. There are trying to charge me. They need to honor their warranty.
