      Ordered a refrigerator from them at the end of May 2022. They used XPO to deliver, set-up and remove. Delivery date of June 25, 2022. According to one of their sales persons, removing the doors happens for my delivery area. According to their own delivery checklist, removing doors/drawers is a common and usual practice. Nope. XPO refused as their initial reason that they had many deliveries that day. Then they continued to make reasons to not do so. Finally they said they would. They removed the drawer while we watched but they waited until we turned our backs to make sure their way was clear to try to force it through with the doors still on. They damaged the fridge and we had had enough and refused delivery. Now Samsung is trying to say delivery has the right to refuse to do anything more than they want in order to deliver and that their own statements saying it's normal and often for the doors to be removed for delivery is at the whim of the delivery personnel. And we should have ordered a smaller fridge. They were very rude. But they will issue a refund. I'm on my third 10 business days wait after calling and waiting and online chat and waiting twice.

      After over an hour on the phone and talking to 3 separate managers, Samsung denied repairs of our refrigerators ice maker. Because we are out of warranty, I have spent over $400 trying to get this repaired by a third party. After replacing 3 separate parts, the ice maker still does not work. I heard of the class action lawsuit where they were supposed to repair ice makers at no cost. They refused to help with this and said they could send their repair person but the cost would be my responsibility.

      I bought my house 5 years ago. Decided to go with everything Samsung. Let me tell you how everything went with their products.Dishwasher- terrible. Broke down pain to fix after numerous calls went with an ** Refrigerator- really liked but the refrigerated door stopped working. The part was discontinued ( why only 2 years old) best buy warranty replaced with an ** Induction stove- burners don't function that well. After about 5 different service calls its OK but not great. Burners don't work that great. The oven has been great. I still have but will definitely not buy another.Washer- terrible. 3 years old motherboard stopped working. Had 2 different companies come out. Instead of samsung sending out motherboard they want to send out a 3rd company to get opion. I'm done with Samsung and their awful products.Phone S22- it's OK. So far no issues. My last S21 screen broke twice. Battery charge isn't that great.Tvs- have been fine. No issue. I feel this is where Samsung is best.Dryer- has been working fine.Overall find a different company for your home appliances. SAMSUNG is to New to the market. Parts are cheap.4 out of 5 appliances I had issues with. Like I stated earlier they were all less then 3 years old. TOO MANY ISSUES. STAY AWAY.

      I purchased a washer and dryer directly through Samsung online on June 13th. Was told delivery would be June 15th. XPO then said they could not deliver until after 22nd which would not work because I would be out of town. They would not work with me so Samsung said I could deny the shipment and they would refund me right away. I did and found the same washer and dryer at **** the next day. I have tried consistently to get ahold of someone in this company and it is virtually impossible and then you cannot speak to anyone with any authority. I just got off the phone with Samsung for the FOURTH time and was told I need to wait another 5-7 business days to receive my $1705.00 refund that I have been waiting for since June 16th. I have been waiting since June 16th and it is July 28th for a refund of merchandise that was never even delivered to me. I will never purchase another Samsung product again in my life.

      Never buy a Samsung Refrigerator! The ice maker broke within the first year. It's still dosen't work.

      I will never buy a product directly from Samsung again. I have owned 5 generations of Samsung phones, the current Z-Fold 3, and bought my wife the Flip. I had the Galaxy watch 3, and currently the Galaxy watch 4. I am almost happy with their products, but every customer service experience I've had with the company directly has been a nightmare. Previously I spent 8 months of ping-pong phone calls between Samsung, Assurant and Samsung's chosen financing institution, TDI, pushing them to fix a $12 error on their end, that snowballed into a $120+ fee I had to pay just to keep them from hurting my credit more than they already had. I finally got the negative credit removed after so many hours of my own time burned on phone calls, writing letters, etc. and I still have yet to get a refund for the erroneous fee. Now I've experienced their 'policy' to replace a defective hybrid leather watch strap for the Galaxy watch 4, and they want me to return the strap before sending me the replacement. I'd rather pay more for a 3rd party band than deal with these people again...wasting their own money to send the defective strap back, and who knows if I'll actually get the replacement and when?! Strapless watch for how long? And this also after waiting several months just to get the strap since they were backordered from the beginning. Anyway, typically very solid products. Always exceptionally horrid customer service experience. What a shame when a company has to try this hard to get a loyal customer to despise how they do business.

      My Samsung refrigerator ice maker stopped working years ago, I have gotten it fixed several times but is is not use it just keeps on braking down.

      Bought 2 brand new phones from this company. Less than 3 months one started to stuck and reboots by itself suddenly. Called their support number and they send me to best buy. Best buy couldn't help as I didn't buy the phone from them. Requested a replacement as the phone is still under warranty. And they refused because the warranty only covers repair. Extremely disappointed with their service and the way they do business.

      On June 27 at 7:47pm, I had on my Samsung Galaxy watch. The watch got completely overheated, burned my wrist, and the bottom of the watch detached.I immediately took pictures of everything and called ******** to express my concerns. I was then transferred to Samsung because my watch is still under warranty. Samsung shipped me a box so I can ship back my watch and the charger. That was three weeks ago.I received and email from Samsung telling me that they where shipping me the watch back and for ME to ship it to another location. I called Samsung with my concern (pleasant and friendly) the 1st representative drop the call in the middle of my sentences. I called back (I think I got the same lady again). This time I ask to speak with a manager and she refused and became very defensive and blind transfer me to someone else. 3rd representative was sweet and listened to my complaint took my information to pass alone to her manager. At this time I'm still not happy with the outcome, I called ******** because I'm desperate for answers. The representative from ******** was outstanding. She reached out to Samsung and guess what? The manager hung up on her. Now we're both in disbelief and she called back a second time. I am now connected with a manager and the sweet lady from ******** explained to him my issues. He apologize on behalf of the employee and I ask to have the call review. The manager tells me, "he's personally going to call me back tomorrow and he's going to make this a top priority (another lie)." The unprofessionalism I am experiencing with Samsung employees is extremely disgusting and I still do not have my watch.
