If I could leave a zero review I would. Customer ********************** is deplorable. You cannot talk to a person. I would not recommend them to any person or business. They are terrible. I can't believe their CEO and management are so far removed and don't want to improve. If I treated my customers like they do, I would be fired.ADP, Inc.

1 starThese people have wrote several bad checks on my account,that I had to cover. They promised me a loan that I didn't get. They continue sending me emails saying I owe them money. Adp is the worst comp I've ever dealt with.Review fromVic C

1 starBeen a year of getting billed despite canceling multiple times. Filled out an email form two months ago and asked for proof it was sent. They mailed it back verification that it was canceled. They still keep trying to take money out of our acc. I say try because we were forced to close our bank accounts. They refused to cancel despite multiple calls and filling out their paperwork to cancel. We asked for them to verify it was canceled aster we sent the form they asked for. Tried to rollover my retirement account but ADP refused to put my new account number on the check, making the process much longer and costing me extra fees to deposit. Don't understand how a business of this size can operate like this. Joke of a company.ADP, Inc.

As an employee who needs to access their earnings and vacation balance, this company is HORRIBLE! I changed my phone number, and was unable to access my account because the verification was sent to my old number. My boss called ADP several times to get my phone number changed, but nothing has changed in my account. They are very clear when calling for customer ********************** that they will not help employees, so there is no way to get through on the phone, but they offer no other solutions online or otherwise. They may think their only customers are the employers, but what about employees who rely on accessing their employment records? Unacceptable.ADP, Inc.

Dealing with this company has been the worst business experience as a small business owner I have ever had. I am a solo owner and employee and they auto enrolled me in a 401k THAT I DID NOT WANT and I cannot seem to get a straight answer or refund from them. And dealing with the retirement services representative has been like talking to a brick wall. Out of $650 they took out of my account I have only been returned $385. Why would auto enroll people instead of having them chose if they want the product. And they refused to adapt their payroll schedule to something that worked for me and the amounts deducted were inconsistent. If I could give them a zero rating I would.ADP, Inc.

ADP has been terrible to deal with! For months, theyve completely mishandled my account. From the start, they set it up incorrectly, causing my payrolls to fail. Thats not just inconvenient its *************** took over a month for anyone to get back to me. I worked with ******** ***** and ******, and none of them had a clue what they were doing. They are clearly inexperienced and completely unprepared to support small businesses. Every time I reached out, I got a different excuse or was passed to someone else who was just as unhelpful.This company is disorganized, unreliable, and lacks basic knowledge of their own systems. If you care about paying your team on time and running your business smoothly, do NOT use ADP!ADP, Inc.

Unfortunately, one of the worst payroll companies on the market. Their antiquated systems provide only the minimal requirements to process payroll. These systems are not optimized to offer a full range of services, hindering organizations' ability to run payroll smoothly and accurately. They overbill at maximum levels without taking accountability for their disorganization. They continuously bill for services even after you are no longer an active client and blame clients for not terminating services when they are no longer been in use. There are numerous departments that perform different functions without cohesion, making it difficult to determine whom to contact. You start receiving invoices from various departments for services you never signed up for. Additionally, you begin receiving marketing outreach from different marketers at ADP attempting to sell additional services for other platforms that supposedly outperform the one you were using. It is a complete and utter mess at its finest, ultimately just a money pit.ADP, Inc.

Unfortunately that was attempted on multiple occasions which only ended up being ignored and or blamed for things outside of our control. Additionally being overcharged for services right from under us was completely inappropriate and quite unethical. Small charges added up over the many years which then go unanswered and when bringing up the issues continue to be ignored. Furthermore, continuing to provide diplomatic responses as opposed to actual solutions would be the ideal situation which does not happen with ADP given our many discussions with others who have experienced the same exact issues.Review fromJesse B

If you ever plan on changing your phone number for any reason, you will never be able to get back into your ADP account. I have been trying to get back into mine for 6 months now. My boss has changed my phone number in everything but that dumb 2 step verification will not change. That being said I can't get into my account, but whoever has that number now can. This may be the worst company to ever exist. ******** and fraudsters not to mention that the product isn't any good. I had a *** promise me over and over that my seasonal business wouldn't be charged anything over the winter because ADP only charges payroll fees when you run payroll, so if I wasn't running it over the winter I wouldn't be charged anything; complete lie, when I started checking in on things this spring I had been charged every month, I then contacted support about this and was told I was going to be refunded a couple of those payments on behalf of being told false information before, of course this never happened. Being sick of working with a sub par product and being lied to by all the staff and scammed out of my small business's last dollars I decided to cancel my subscription with them, there is no option for this online, I tried calling in, waited on hold for 45 minutes and then got sent in a transfer circle until I was told nobody could help me and someone would call me back. A week later, no one has called my subscription is still active, and the platform won't even let you delete your payment method.0/10 this company should be shut down for fraud.ADP, Inc.
