I have been a client for 3 months now. They have messed up every single payroll - always a "glitch" - no support. Even though they provided me an e-mail that assured constant support - every e-mail bounces back. My last issue had one of my employees completely disappeared off the payroll...14 e-mails later and multiple calls still no response. I have had employees not get paid, employees disappearing, vacation pay go missing. They are supposed to have one job. One job! They are brutal. I can understand mistakes but no support whatsoever to fix them. Employees waiting to get paid etc. They don't even deserve one star...ADP, Inc.

I rarely write negative reviews, but after nearly two years of ongoing frustration, I feel compelled to share my experience with ADP.From the start, customer ********************** has been extremely poor. Repeated issuessuch as inaccurate billing, unresolved technical problems, and a serious lack of follow-throughhave been the norm rather than the exception. Communication is consistently challenging, often hindered by language barriers, and calls are frequently dropped, abruptly placed on hold, or worsehung up on entirely.Despite numerous attempts to escalate concerns, the support remained inconsistent and unhelpful. I gave ADP the benefit of the doubt more times than I should have, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately, they didnt. The lack of accountability and professionalism ultimately forced me to switch providers.A service meant to simplify payroll and HR processes should not cause this much disruption. I would caution any small business owner to think carefully before committing to ADP.ADP, Inc.

They KEEP emailing me, saying "It was great talking with you today! We are looking forward to the meeting we have scheduled". Needless to say, we never talked, and I won't be logging into whatever link they keep sending me.I ***** spamming and pestering people is their business model for getting new customers.ADP, Inc.

ADP payroll is a very unprofessional company. They don't tell you about all of the fees upfront so they can get your business. Then just recently they took money from my account and I didn't even submit a payroll. This has been a huge inconvenience and I had to call and send emails all day. Talked to a live agent after begging for help and he lied and said he would get back to me but didn't. Now I'm still waiting for my money to be returned. Very disappointing and unprofessionalADP, Inc.

If your company uses ADP, that means they hate you and have no concern for your personal wellbeing. ADP refuses to deal with employees and will never help you if they make a mistake or you need to access your information. There is no way to call them or get support. They actually say on the phone that ADP does not provide live support for employees. If your company uses ADP, consider leaving for a company with a competent HR department.ADP, Inc.

Worst payroll service provide ever. My employer just switched to ADP and have had nothing but issues. People have also not been paid on time, and it's not the employers fault. It's the incompetency of ADP.ADP, Inc.

The worst company in the world. I cant believe theyre so big and successful when every single interaction Ive had with them over the past two years Ive been forced to use them has been absolutely terrible service. They never do anything. They just keep telling me to talk to my HR and my HR keeps telling me to talk to ADP. Incompetency. Shifting responsibility. Non-answers and multiple times pointed me to a dead number to call instead. Im shocked by how terrible and incompetent everyone is here. Do people even understand taxes here? Why do companies use them? One time I got my HR and ADP on the same call and watched the customer ********************** rep ******* Now what?! Suddenly, it was something they could do. So annoying. They dont do anything. No one at the company knows how to do anything or does anything. Im so triggered when someone tells me to call ADP. I know that means nothing will get done. This is the worst company in the world and Im forced to use their payroll management. What management an absolute joke of a company. They have never done a single thing right. Even messed up my W-2 and then messed up their W-2C, and was months (almost YEARS) delayed in processing and an absolute headache for me and HR. I hate this company so much. There is such a lack of standard and professionalism. Its sad. They just shouldnt exist. Theyve never provided any value. They should fire everyone. I work, too. If I did such a poor job at my role, I wouldnt have that job. Yet for some reason ADP retains all these useless employees. I guess they can afford them when giant companies force everyone to use them and they dont care to provide a good service. People should have more agency to reject using ADP. I do not trust them. They do not do a good job. They dont do any job. This is the worst company in the world. Ive never seen this level of incompetency and stagnation.ADP, Inc.
