      Hi , how are you ? I recently placed an order with children place for my kids school uniforms . The original delivery date was suppose to be Sunday August 28th . That day came , I check tracking number and it said it was delivered a day prior which was Saturday the 27th . I never received my package ! I contacted *** which was the originally shipper , they gave me no results . I spoke with 3 children place managers and supervisors ! Nobody could help me with anything not even a re order . They then told me *** , gave package to **** and that I would have to contact them . I did that also nobody had any information for me . . This is a big inconvenience, now I am out of $207 and I really needed them uniforms for my children . Children place told me basically it was nothing they could do and that if I wanted a refund I would of had to contact my bank who took the payment , which didnt make sense . So now I am reaching out to you guys to possibly help me in any way shape or form

      I never received my kids school clothes from them I called them they telling me they cant do anything about it called the carrier the carrier not giving me proper information at this point what do I need to do to atleast get there clothing or my money back

      On 7/28/22 I placed an order for $374.85. I received my packages split in 2. While checking the items I realized the pack of 5 uniform pants ($60) and pack of 2 uniform shorts ($24) were missing. I immediately went online to see if I could get a refund or the items resent. It told me my refund was under review. I've done the process over and over even sending an email to be contacted but I haven't received anything back in almost a month. I just want a refund or the items sent to me.

      The Children's Place was involved in a lawsuit and certain people (depending on their spending amounts they could prove via receipts), received vouchers. I was one of those people. I was able to use the first round of vouchers successfully. In the second round, only the second voucher worked and the first one did not. I have tried everything they have suggested- this has been going on for months. It took customer service over a month to respond to my third email, and all it contained was a repeat of the suggestions they provided before, which I have already told them did not work. I would like to have the first voucher (round two) replaced so I can use it, rather than it going to waste while customer service continues to ignore the issue.

      I ordered school clothes from this company , it said my package was delivered and it was not. So I reached out through the childrens place app and let them know they offered me a refund but then asked that I get a investigation with the delivery service which I did. Who told me childrens place was who I needed to go through so I went back to them and now they are offering me no help at all after telling me they would refund my Order ! My order # is ********** in the amount of $ 91 I did not get what I purchased and I want my money back like they said to begin with.

      On july 29th I placed an order with The .Children's place and an order number was provided (***********). A few days later an email was sent confirming the package was shipped. They were uniforms I requested to be sent straight to the embroider in preparation for my children to have for school. By the 22nd, I physically checked with the embroider shop whose nice bright white sign was available for me to spot instantly; despite the recent office relocation. I learned they were never made it to the office. Upon calling The Childrens Place, I learned the the alllegedly was an "attempt" to deliver but the driver could not locate the delivery address. The package was then brought to the post office who also "attempt" to deliver the package. The Embroider confirmed there was no notice containing an attempt to deliver from *** or ***** The package was returned to the fullfillment center but not yet received. I was informed by childrens place that they could not issue my refund until the package was received and there was no attempt to resend the merchandise. Uniforms are an essential part of my childrens grades and they are already starting the new year off wrong. Its been almost over a month and no communication was provided that the package was returned. I called and emailed corporate office, I have received no response as of yet. This quality of this store has changed drastically. Their entire Board needs to be review because I am missing the integrity across the board. It is not okay to take a consumers money and not render the service or attempt to accommodate after you inconvience them. Offering $15.00 off when over $200 worth of clothes was purchased is a slap in the face. I want my moneyback. I could have gone to ******** by now and at least picked up the shirts. This is totally unacceptable. I would like someone to call and resolve this matter correctly. I was completely inconvenienced and disregarded.

      On Aug 19th 2022 I ordered 4 boys pajamas sets from the Childrens Place website. August 24th 2022 I received an email confirmation that my order was delivered. Upon opening the delivery I saw that NONE of the content received was things I ordered. Instead of the pajamas sets I received girls jeans, shirts and a belt. I called customer service on Aug 24th and was told I would need to return the items in store and work out the discrepancy there. I was unfortunately told by the store manager that they could not take back website ordered merchandise even though it is a Childrens Place store and that customer service should be handling this issue. I spoke to a manager at customer service when I called again and they assured me they will take care of the issue and my order would be shipped to me and I would get email confirmation in 3 days. I have not received it so I contacted customer service again on day 3, and another service member said I would be shipped my items and receive confirmation in 3 hours. Still have not received that confirmation and its been well over 3 hours. In total I have spoke to 5 customer service people at ********************** and no one has sent me a confirmation that my order would be sent and I still dont have my merchandise or any idea when or if I will get it. Customer Service has acknowledged they understand the issue but they are unable to figure out how to override sending me merchandise that I guess to the system looks like I did not pay for. I cant return the incorrect merchandise and use that as a return to get my correct merchandise because its not my merchandise and I dont have a receipt for it. At this point I would like my money refunded and for Childrens place to have a way for me to conveniently return the incorrect delivery I have received.

      I ordered two pair of shoes for my daughter and some bracelets for school on 8/19 it should have been no problem considering I ordered my children uniforms they came but her shoes hasnt I called laser ship which childrens place should def stop using because how does a pacakage get lost but the other one doesnt if you ship through *** for one why switch for the other I digress. So anyway I call children place the customer service rep spoke over me and offer no real answer as to I should do for my child who now have no shoes for the first day of school

      I tried to make a thirty-five dollar payment to completely pay off the account. For some unknown reason, I was having difficulty paying the payment online. I called customer service several times to pay the bill or to get assistance to pay my bill online but was unsuccessful. Via telephone, I went through several promos but the line cut off when I was on hold waiting to speak to an associate. Ultimately, the bill was paid one and one half hours late. The following day I tried to call but was unsuccessful. The Children's Place has now charged me two late fees despite the account being paid off. I called on Tuesday, August 23, ***** and was able to speak to an associate. The associate acknowledged that they were updating the system and had technical difficulties. When she was in the process of waiving the fees, I was placed on hold and transferred. After speaking to two separate associates, I was told that I would be held responsible for both late payments. Because of the technical difficulties that they clearly acknowledge I fel that I should not be held responsible for a double late fee.

      On Aug 7, 2022 I placed an Online order with Children's Place. The order # ********** ($88.94). The business used Lasership to deliver the package. The tracking number is 1Lscyk300732897. That delivery company has a history of delivery issues. Lasership system says the package was delivered on Sun 8/14/2022. The Children's Place tracking system, Narvar, indicates "Awaiting Carrier Pickup." I signed up to receive text messages for my package, but never any notifications. I contacted Children's place to report the issue and request a refund or replacement order. I was informed that I could not have either. I was advised to follow up with Lasership who never can locate my package. Then follow up with my financial institution to dispute the charges. I would simply like a refund because my credit card company don't have anything to do with their decision to use Lasership instead of secure government forms of delivery such as ********* or Fed EX. I would like a refund totaling $88.94.
