      Ordered items from Childrens Pace on 8/10/24. Never received items. Company is refusing to even give me a refund even tho I had a claim filed with the carrier as well as the Childrens Place. The last representative I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me.

      Placed an order with childrens place last week and it said it would be delivered 9/4/24 I waited around all day no package. Go to the app package says delivered and has a photo of the wrong house. Called carrier who said it may be still in transit just to wait. Called today 9/6/24 they say it says delivered they cant help??????? Also called children place who told me they dont process refunds for these matters Im a single mom with 3 kids w/o school clothes the first week. $300 down the drain.

      I have been trying to get a reorder or refund for my package this entire week. Their website told me to call Wednesday 9/4/24. I called and they told me to wait until Friday 9/6/24 to call for a refund or reorder. I called today 9/6/24 and they said wait until Monday. There has been no tracking update in 5 days and the **** was not able to locate the package. The supervisor I spoke with today blatantly lied and said nobody told me to call today, they said the 10th which is a completely made up date. I just want my money back and they are making it impossible with moving targets.

      I ordered online from this company August 7th order number ********** For my son for back to school which was AUGUST 19th , I have yet to receive any of the items I purchased I emailed them a week ago no response I just literally made a phone call with customer service and she said it was nothing she can do but on their SITE it clearly say if you havent received your package initiate a refund or a redelivery ! I checked with my neighbors rent office and waiting for mail every day and NOTHING now I feel like theyre trying to rob me of my money when all I asked for was a REFUND of what I paid for Im willing to go to court behind this matter & win much more than $25.25

      I placed an order on 8/7 - I ALWAYS ship to store - but because half of the order wasnt available to ship to store, it gave me the option to ship to home instead. I selected ok and received an order confirmation right away. Because I never ship to home, the address on file was one that was used years ago for a gift sent to someone else. I immediately called customer support and they werent available at the time. I emailed their support team 3 TIMES over the course of the next few days before I picked up the phone again. I spoke to 3 different people and none of them were able to modify the address and instructed me to contact the carrier to intercept the package, although, there was no tracking info yet and they couldnt tell me if the carrier would be *** or ***** because the items hadnt been shipped yet, the order was still being prepared. When I did receive shipping information 2 days later, I called the carrier and they said the package would not be able to be intercepted because the shipper didnt pay for that service. When I asked if I could pay for it, they confirmed they could not. I then called childrens place back and they flagged my order to not be able to be refunded so no one could help me. They then told me to contact the credit card company, which I used a childrens place credit card for, to dispute the charge but informed me I would probably lose because it was an order that I placed on my account and they already entered notes about me trying to get a refund. I never once asked for a refund, just the items to be reshipped to the correct address. Ive also been ordering from them for years and have never had an issue. Why they are so unwilling to accommodate their loyal customers is beyond me.

      I ordered an online order, it went to the wrong address. I never received my order. Called the customer service number, talked to a representative. Was told they could NOT refund my money due to it showing it was delivered to the address on file. The address on file WAS NOT my address, I never got the order.

Once your order has been confirmed, we initiate the fulfillment process as we cannot make any changes to the shipping address. To prevent such situations in the future, we recommend that you remove the previous address from your Children's Place account. In case the package is marked as delivered to the address on the order. We recommend you immediately contact your financial institution to dispute the charges for the missing package.       I placed an order; the order items online were too small. I went into the store to return it on 08/17/2024 and the representative and she advised me to return the items and order them online and call to have the price adjusted. I reorder the items and online 08/17/2024 and spent over twice as much of the original order. Of course, on 08/17/2024 when I called customer service they were closed. I called 08/19/2024 bc I wanted to know if I can have a price adjustment. I wanted the same items just one size bigger. I used the 30% off for card holders and plus a 20% off coupon so each pack of pants were $35.23 each. I reorder them for $53.74 each pack which were two. So once ******* would not help, I asked for s supervisor, I got **** on the phone and explain the situation and was looking for my discounts back. Well, nevertheless I did not get the 30% off bc I'm still purchasing the items just needed a different size. I asked could I cancel the order reorder to get the price adjustment and use the $20 credit for extradited shipping. I was offered only $20.00 which is an insult as a card holder. So, this company gives a $20 credit and won't adjust the price of the two item is a rip off. I went for paying a total of ***** for the two pack of pants to paying ******. The company didn't even credit the full amount which would have been roughly ***** plus tax. I would of rather much has the items reshipped for the sale price I purchased on the 1st order.

      On 8/1/2024 I placed an order and I only received a part of my order. I reached out to customer service and they refused to assist me. I want a refund for not receiving my order. The refund amount would be a total of $96.52. In addition to the refund I would like a credit for the inconvenience.

      I order a package on August 7, 2024 and paid for over night delivery. I have not yet received my package, I called ******, whom deemed my package as lost and gave make a case number *********** I than reached out to Children place 3 days straight on the 4th day a representative told me to call the next day to receive a refund and I did so, however than I was told I was not able to not receive my refund. I am a single parent and I have to spend bill money to get my daughter her uniforms that I already have purchased.

      Due to the way I was treated and spoken to when I placed 5 phone calls in hope to resolve my issue. I work in customer service and I know the importance of resolving an issue in a timely manner. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they never allowed me to do so, I am a single and I was force to spend money that for my bills due to refusing to issuing me a refund after I got a letter from ***** stating the package was lost, the representative did not accept the letter in any way she just didn’t care her name was Christine. That is unacceptable and shows me that do not care about there consumers!

      Ordered clothing on Aug 8, 2024, was given a date of 8/12, 2024 to be delivered and the package hasnt even shipped yet the day before its supposed to ship. They do not want to refund my money so I can get my grandchild his clothing for school somewhere else. I wouldnt have purchased the clothing if I had known it would take over a week to get them. Its almost a week and the clothes havent shipped yet. **************** is no help. Id like a refund in full back to my card.
