ORDER #******* DATE: 6 NOVEMBER 2023 AMOUNT: 26,22 EUROS Hello, before placing my order I asked customer service to delete the order because I no longer wanted to purchase the item in question, customer service then asked me for my contact details once I sent the service customer makes me go around in circles until the order is shipped when I send back several emails to tell them to refund me and that according to the law I have ******************************************************* that they make no refunds, no returns, once the order is gone, it's no longer their problem, it's the first time this has happened to me, I went to the reviews of Juvias instead, everyone says that *********** scams people, it's unacceptable to take customers' money and then run away when there is a problem.I WILL DO A CHARGEBACK BECAUSE I AM IN MY FULL RIGHT. Ive never been so disappointed with a business like Juvias Place in my entire life. Every single order, no matter prime of year, theres always a problem. I paid for express shipping. 3-5 business days. They chose as usual to use the lowest rated shipper DHL. A company that is notorious for delayed delivery, broken products and theft. Yet, Juvias Place insist upon using the shipper and pocketing the money spent for express shipping. Its theft. All efforts to contact the company always go unanswered. Which means Juvias Place doesnt care about the needs of customers enough to have customer service. Again, another way to take your money. I want my money back. Plain and simple. At this point we may want to get the pallets tested. Something is way off about this business.Initial Complaint

I never received my order, I ordered during the Juneteenth sale online, I purposely waited to get a great deal and ended up not getting any products. I haven't received any emails back I have tried reaching out 3 times and its very disheartening at this point I will be calling my bank. The lack of customer response and access tells all. Submitted 7/12/2023: I placed an order with Juvia's Place on 6/17/23 for 5 items. 2 of the items were delivered on 7/3/23 and I received a delivery confirmation email from Juvia's Place stating that all of the 5 items ordered were delivered however, 3 of the items which were the Coffee Shop eyeshadow palettes were missing from the package. I contacted Juvia's Place via email regarding the matter within 30 minutes of the delivery on 7/3/23. To date, I have sent 6-7 emails to Juvia's Place at the email address listed on their website and on the delivery email and still have not received a response regarding the issue or a delivery of the missing product from Juvia's. There was no order invoice included in the package. I am unable to contact them by telephone as there is no landline number listed, only the Juvia's place email support link. As of today, 7/12/23, I have sent an email almost daily and there are crickets on *****'s end. This is unacceptable and so utterly unprofessional. They have shown a lack of respect and concern for the customer and basically have stolen my money. I am owed $30 plus tax and I will NEVER purchase or recommend another Juvia's Place product again!!Initial Complaint

This transaction was made around 11/30/2022 but i received my items extremely late. I received them close to the end of December. I paid about 58 dollars for this transaction but I didn't receive all of my items. Amongst contacting them, they only refunded me for one of my item's but not the other. They only want to give me a store credit of $5 for the other missing item but the missing item cost was $5 plus tax. The missing item is an eyeshadow nubian 2 palette. They have admitted to be out of stock which is why I didn't receive the items. I want a full refund for the item I never received as I don't intend to do business with them again. Overview:Online ORDER #******* for $149.72 Placed on 11/27/2022 as a Christmas gift Summary:Juvias Place (JP) took my order and did not fill it in time for it to serve as a gift as planned. While that could have been remedied, their lack of prompt communication combined with blatantly ignoring my requests of cancellation (and later a refund) has been disrespectful. The final act that left me reaching out to BBB was when I requested a refund via my original method of payment for items I paid for and did not receive. Instead JP issued a company credit. After such an experience not only did I not want the products, I dont wish to ever give them my business. Please help. 11/27 order placed 11/27 Payment was processed right away on 11/27 12/7 email from company stating order taking longer than usual with no expectation set for when order would be received. 12/10 I sent an email requesting order status as I wanted to plan accordingly for Christmas 12/14 I sent an email 12/14 JP responds with general response and no specific update 12/14 I emailed a cancel request. At this point, ** concerned the gift wont arrive by ******************* responds not addressing the cancellation but instead will make note about shipping 12/20 I check social media to see if this is an issue with other customers - it was 12/21 I get a shipment notification 12/21 order shipped 12/27 order received 12/27 email sent requested refund for missing items Please return my money back to my method of purchase. I purchased a few items from juvias place during their black Friday sale and didn't receive an item id ordered. I can overlook shipping taking far longer than anticipated. What I'm upset by is the only solution they've offered is giving me store credit for the sale price of the item without credit for the tax or shipping I paid. I paid **** plus tax and shipping and now to reorder the same item, it'll cost me **** ADDITIONAL to fix their mistake. So I'm supposed to pay ***** total and they're only willing to give me credit for roughly half of that. I've already paid once for the item. All I want is them to send my item.Initial Complaint

I didn't receive an item I purchased on sale. I bought it to the company attention once they responded a week later. They issued a credit at sale price with no communication. The issue with that is the item is no longer the sale price and if I order again I will pay full price and shipping unless I spend $50. I purchased a set during black friday (Nov 26ths 2022). This order was not shipped until almost a week later (dec 7th 2022) Which is understandable being as the holiday season, and black friday. I checked shipping, it said the item had not been picked up but a label was created. Waited a few days, contacted the company (we are now at two weeks since ordering) and nothing, I was going to call my bank and reverse the charges but they said they would figure it out.
