      I paid for services of 5 28 **** in the amount of $5 on 11 08 2021.I paid for services of 11 23 2021 in the amount of $10 on 3 30 2022 and again on 5 23 2022. I paid twice for services of 11 23 2021.I am being billed for $5 for services of 5 28 2021 even though I have already paid. I paid twice for services of 11 23 2021. I am owed$10.I sent a letter to Quest Corporate 6 26 2022 detailing their error. No response.Talking to their billing department is not helpful. They are completely uncooperative.*********************

      I have tried to resolve this issue multiple times through phone calls. This last time was the last straw, they made me wait 20 minutes and hung up on me and then I called back and waited another 20 minutes and she told me she was going to put me through to another ***** and hung up on me again. So I wasted an hour of my time off from work when I could have been paid. This is not the first time this has happened. I've tried resolving this issue multiple times and they always say it is taken care of and then I will get a **** in the mail weeks later.
