      Quest Diagnostic on ************* ******** **.is dangerously unsanitary especially considering COVID and Monkey Pox. I was sent here for Blood, Urine, Stool and breathe test. The young man performing all the test was also working the reception area. after i was led back to the room he became confused and another worker came in to instruct him she left and he proceeded to difficultly draw blood and label them, then he brought them back and asked me are these all yours at which time i noticed there was alot of other blood and urine samples on the table. I thought im not sure was i suppose to draw the blood and label it myself and get a notary? I was then given a urine sample cup and pointed to the bathroom there were rings of urine everywhere from where other people had sat cups. I returned with the sample and the female worker had returned to instruct him on the breathing test. I was instructed to take a deep breath hold for three seconds and breathe into the bag the young man uncapped the nozzle on the bag and i performed the test .I was then told to drink almost a cup of citric acid and repeat the test i dunno who's idea this was because im on medication for serious acid reflux but i performed the test anyway. Then i was very poorly instructed on the stool test. It was at this time i realized that none of them had changed their gloves the whole time i should have thought of it sooner i guess made me sick at my stomach. They had touched numerous urine and blood samples in between performing mine and touched the nozzle on the bag for my breathing test and the edge of the cup i drank from as well as the keypad in reception to help others log in and everything else in the room. Whats worse is i could hear a child in the next room being tested unacceptable. Way to become Super Spreaders disgusting.

      Might as well be a walk in. The reason for making an appointment needs to be pointed out to corporate. Never use Quest. Have stock in Quest? Dump it!

      I will not trust Quest ever again. When I went in for the lab work I brought updated insurance but the person drawing the blood said she didn't need it because what she had was the same. It was the same carrier but different information. I got a **** 3 months later for ******** and saw that the info was incorrect. I corrected it on their online form and was instructed it would take 45 days. I called and spoke to someone and they said they will submit it again but they don't see any changes. I waited till the specified date to check again and found they had submitted it to collections. I have not received any updated bills and there are no claims with my insurance. There is no proof of anything being even billed to my insurance so I don't have a way to see the denial. The online portal reflects my new insurance info now but does not allow me to request it be rebilled again. There is no documentation of the rebilling process or of any denials. I am extremely frustrated at this point. If possible, avoid using them.

      If you're looking to be treated terrible, overcharged, made to wait needlessly, waste weeks chasing down your test results, get told they'll "get right back to you" -- and, for the bonus round, you never get what you paid for and what you wasted your time on -- than this is the place to go! Who runs this place? A sadist? Someone who hates people? After reading everyone else's reviews, I guess our situation wasn't that bad. We lost a couple hundred dollars and got irritated beyond believe. How is this place allowed to stay in business?

      Impossible to get an appointment. So the lab in ********, ** ****** they will take walk ins. I went on Saturday morning very early. Was unable to get my test done because their computer said there was no time available. I was the only one there. Extremely impersonal. No human interaction until a blood draw. Check in is all done by machines/computers. And they never answer their phones. It's all a just a recorded message when the phone picks up. Bad, bad service.

      I am being harassed for money I do not owe them. I have paid the **** twice and sent proof and they refuse to stop billing me. I will never use them again

      I cant believe that to pay your Quest **** they now charge you $3.99, that is crazy. But what is worse is they then try to sell you a service for $4.99 per month to save the initial $3.99. What a scam, I wonder how much Quest makes from that $4.99? If this isnt a scam, I dont know what is!! How about just charging us the day of out tests, or should we go back to paper checks do it doesnt cost an extra $3-4.99? Wheres our world going, backwards it seem. Not a happy customer!

      A Lab invoice for $370.44 dated Nov. 03, 2020. I paid my co-pay of $49.56 which was cashed by Quest March 5, 2021. i continued to receive invoices on a monthly basis from Quest for ten (10) months stating that I owed $320.88 ($370.44 - $49.45). Every month I called and was on the phone for nearly an hour, if not more to state that I paid my deductible and my Part B should cover the balance. To no avail, every month, a **** for the $320.88. I called my insurance company, Tricare for Life and they even sent a letter o Quest stating that they are in violation of contract and not to send these bills out to me. It continued.On the phone each month sometimes with Tricare, most if not all times with Quest. I received "case numbers" from Quest, that it will be forwarded upward to another department. Still I continued to receive these invoices.I finally got an email from Quest which I believe was a third party, mydocbill.com stating that I had a "$0.00" balance.Next month, I get an invoice from Credit Collection Services out of *******, **. stating that I have been past due in a payment of $49.56 from Quest Diagnostic and I must pay now. I called them and Quest. Quest gave me another "case number" and the credit agency advised me to send documentation to them on my payment. I did so. Quest will set up a case number.Next month, I get another Credit Collection Services invoice for the original $49.56 that I paid back in March of 2021. I called Credit Collection and they never received my package, duh?I called Quest and was routed around for nearly two hours and they finally agreed that I owed nothing, even thought they told me previously that I owed nothing. They would retract the Credit collection notice. Nine months of h*** dealing with Quest and then Credit Collection Services. I did check with Credit Collections, on-line, I'm not waiting anymore, and my balance was $0.00 but, somehow I don't believe it. I am waiting for my next invoice again.

      It does not surprise me that Quest is not accredited and that their score is so low. This is one of the worst most unprofessional organizations I have ever dealt with. Today, I had an 11:00 appointment. I went in and checked in on the phone as instructed. I sat there for almost a half hour when one of the lab techs came over and asked if I had checked in. She was completely unaware of any appointments. Unfortunately, I had to leave as I have other responsibilities.It is also interesting that you have NO option to get a person on the phone when calling this lab. They are purposefully understaffed. Probably underpaid. They have a captive audience afterall. So unethical. Unethical is a big problem.It is pathetic that they don't know if there are appointments. I am going to see if my insurance works with another lab. I don't care if I have to drive. I hate to give one ***** more to this place.
