      Per the contract of installation servicesamd with the *********************** of ***** *********** Orbit Energy was to paint the exterior pipes to match the facade of the home. If not complete homeowners would be fined. Orbit has actively avoided a completion of work. Additionally they misrepresented and have actively looked to default on signing bonuses agreed to with purchasers.

      I got a water filter system from them and they said it was weather proof .Well cold weather came pipes froze and the lines cracked i have called them over and over and they keep saying someone will call or email me Nothing has happened and I had to pay a plumber to come out rerun waterline to get water.I want them at this point just come and get there equipment, I only had system 4 months

      My solar panels were installed on May 4, 2022 and are still not operational. My Orbit support tickets are #**** and #***** In July I began monthly payments on the system per the loan arrangement. On August 18 or 19, I was informed by an Orbit team member in a phone call that since my system was not working I was eligible for refunds on the July and August payments made at that point. To-date I have not received any reimbursement. Each time I inquire, typically speaking with ****** who answers the phone, I'm informed that the refunds are pending, usually being told within two weeks, or are being held up by the ********************** So far I have made 6 monthly payment, July - December, of $192.16 per month.Regarding the operational status of the array, I was first informed that my local electric company, *********************** required a new transformer in the area. That story changed to ACE requiring a heightened riser on my house, which Orbit took two visits to address before it passed township inspection.On 12/3/2022 I spoke with Karnegie ******** at Orbit regarding the status of our array. I was again informed that ACE needed to upgrade the transformer and that this would take place on 12/27/2022. As for the reimbursement check, I was assured that my name is on the list for payment.Today, 12/27/2022, I sent an email and left a voicemail for ************************* stating that I am not seeing any ACE activity regarding a transformer near my house not I have received any reimbursement check. ******************** left a voicemail in return (I did not answer the phone because I did not recognize the number). Again stated that *** was scheduled to work on the transformer today and then would need to upgrade the meter on my house (new development) before the system is activated. As for reimbursement, she stated that Orbit had going over budget in the 4th Qtr and all checks are on hold. But I am still on the list. No timeline given.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Yes, the electrical work on the riser and the rerouting of the electrical connection by ********************** was completed.

      But my system is still not operational and I have not yet received even a partial reimbursement.

      I have not received any confirmation from the Orbit ********** team as to when the next township (***********) inspection will be scheduled and the time frame for next steps.

      I will only consider this complaint resolved once my system is fully operational and I have received the partial reimbursement that was promised.

      Orbit Solar Energy failed to complete my solar panel project (failed to have it running) in time for my first payment in September. Orbit Energy agreed to reimburse the monthly fee of ****** for two payments. I have called several times and been told that I am on a "list" for payment. It is now 12/26/22 and I have not received these checks.

      Good afternoon I have tried every way possible to contact and have communication with Orbit Energy and all they do is bounce me from person to another person. I signed contract with them Sept 2021 for solar panels and roof.My contract states that I would be getting a BLACK shingles roof and I ended up getting dark gray from that moment on everything has been nothing but a sour experience.Oct 2021 my panels got installed and didn't get permission to operate until Feb 2022 because of silly mistakes from orbits part that made me fail inspection with my town.I called more than ***************************************************************************************************************************************** JULY 2022 when they had been bouncing me saying did they submit the application and they didn't not from February all the way until July that they sent it.Until this moments December 21 2022 I'm still waiting to hear back from them regarding MY SREC TRADE READINGS.ORBIT submitted the wrong information to srec trade so they were only dating me back to July 2022 not February 2022.After many many calls and emails to many "managers" they finally fixed it but not a call or email back to me.Today I had to call enphase because orbit has not yet reply to my email or srec trade's email asking to release authorization for them to get my readings ,enphase had to do that.I've been paying pseg and my solar panels loan and not getting anything back from the state because of Orbit's diligence.This has been a nightmare and very mental deteriorating,I'm exhausted of trying to get a hold of orbit and for them to be responsible for me not getting answers.Orbit needs to realize that this is not the right way to operate.Hope to hear from you soon.       Company promised a battery, did not install. Promised they would beat ****** price quote with battery. Now they want me to pay for a battery.

      Purchased a water softener unit from Orbit power and energy LLC on 02/01/2021. Was promised a lifetime warranty and service, along with laundry detergent for life through the company. Never once received one bottle of detergent till present day.My water softener has stopped working and Ive contacted the company numerous times to schedule a service appointment and no one responds back. *** sent emails left voicemails and called in the main line. When i do get through Im told the area manager is on vacation and no services can be scheduled. I was told another time that the vp will be notified by email and that someone from scheduling will reach out to me and that hasnt happened.Im currently financing, we paid a total of $4997.50 for this product.My account number is ******* Thank you for your time and hopefully this issue can get resolved.

      At least twice a week a representative from Orbit goes door to door around our entire neighborhood (***************). They ring the doorbell or bang on the door like theyre serving a police warrant. Now this is a common and useful sales tactic for many businesses and I get that. My complaint is they have no system in place to exclude houses for any reason. For instance, I have solar panels (from another company) and have pointed out to at least 15 different representatives that I dont need solar and have asked to be placed on a list where they wouldnt come to my house. Then two days later some other teenager is ringing the door to sell me solar panels. My neighbor, who has solar panels WITH YOUR COMPANY even gets bothered each time. Whether the resident has solar panels with another company, has panels with YOUR company or doesnt want them doesnt matter as orbit will knock anyway. Please stop coming to my house and honestly my neighborhood. Youve either sold them to everyone that wants them or they know you exist if they want them later. MOVE ON

      I purchased solar panels from Orbit at the end of 2021. I was told if I referred others I would receive a referral fee of **** dollars. I referred my brother who purchased close to 100k worth of solar panels from Orbit. My brother used the same salesperson ************************* who is the same person who promised I would be receiving my referral fee. I have follow-up several months asking about the referral fee. On 9/13/2022 **** told me in text message that the office was still processing my check. However a few weeks later I was told she was no longer with the company. I have reached out to the company several times without a response. I would like Orbit to take responsibility for the actions of the employee and honor my referral fee I was promised.

      I, ********************* was talked to by a representative of the company, orbit energy& power, which he was a very nice respectful young man. He explained everything about the solar system and how it would work. He Then proceeded to tell me if I bought the system and had it installed I Would Receive a $1,000 check within a month of installation It has been 5 NMONTHS ! I need and WANT my money. This is called fraud if I don't receive it I will take further action but would appreciate your assistance first. You have helped me resolve other issues with other companies before. I have put in several calls and been told they see my name on a list but no further action has been taken. I WANT MY MONEY BEFORE THE END OF THIS MONTH! Thank You for all your assistance in this matter! .
