This is the worst company! They keep calling me and I tell them I'm not interested. I have over 30 calls from them last year. I would NEVER get anything from this place!HearingLife

Dr ******* was very professional and friendly. She checked my ears and asked me questions about my ability to hear and understand words with my current hearing aids. She also checked battery life and other conditions against the computer. I have no complaints about my visit.HearingLife

I cannot open the child safe battery packaging without great difficulty and/or injury. Furthermore I receive free batteries for the life of my hearing aids. I need to travel 45 minutes to Hearing Life to obtain them. I have always received a full box. Last year it cut down to half a box. Today I could only get one card of 6 batteries. Its a long drive for a senior in the middle of winter to get 6 batteries!HearingLife

Our battery manufacturer is packaging the batteries in compliance with ******* Law.Enacted in 2022, ******* Law (P.L. *******) mandates federal safety requirements for button cell or coin batteries. We recommend using scissors to open the battery cell compartments. Company policy is to provide 6-sleeves of batteries at a time to assure freshness of packages. HearingLife can mail batteries with cost of shipping to be paid by consumer.Review fromBruce M

My Mom's hearing aid broke I called them and they said bring them in for check which required warranty work. They sent them off for repairs and when they came back they got the app to communicate with the hearing aid, my Mom is extremely happy to have her hearing aids working again. Thank!!HearingLife
