I understand a person didnt exercise safety with their batteries, but to go to the packaging extreme Hearing Life did ignores the elderly people who represent their largest customer group. Hand strength, arthritis & related elderly conditions make it almost impossible to open the child safety packaging. I am very disappointed & embarrassed to ask for assistance just to change a battery.

Thank you for the opportunity to address your concern. Our battery manufacturer is packaging the batteries in compliance with ******* Law. Enacted in 2022, ******* Law (P.L. *******) mandates federal safety requirements for button cell or coin batteries. We recommend using scissors to open the battery cell compartments. 1 starCustomer for over 10 yrs. Always had courteous service experience but not anymore. Man at the reception desk was rude and condescending. Claimed they had no records on the account. Obviously if selling you a hearing aid your experience will be different. Will never go backReview fromPaul T

The wire broke on one of my hearing aids. They got me in within a couple of hours, fixed it, changed the wire on the other one just in case, cleaned them, and had me out the door in no time. All with a smile. Excellent service, happy customer.HearingLife
