      There False Motto is to "Help people hear better" but it so much further than the truth. They can care less if they help people hear better as long as there is a sale made. On some occasions I had to constantly bring up what I wasn't being paid for and still have not yet to be paid since I left. I was treated like complete garbage, UNDERPAID and was forced to do work that I wasn't paid for. I've emailed the *** and got no response. Now I have to email the attorney general's office because they are still advertising me as the provider at their clinic even though I DO NOT WORK for them anymore. Management are the worse that can care less if you drop dead. I regret ever being affiliated with this horrible company.

      Thank you for taking the time to reach out and clarify your experience. All of our Team Members are paid through a payroll system and we take great care to review each of the commission statements on a monthly basis. The Hearing Care Provider receives a monthly provided commissions statement and before authorizing payments, the People Leader reviews the commissions statement along with Revenue generated from the clinic and provider. Commissions are paid when the services have been delivered and all appropriate paperwork, signatures and notes are completed per our compliance and insurance regulations. With regard to the marketing concerns, we repeatedly reached out to the Team Member who never came back to work nor responded to our calls, emails or texts. Due to lack of response and our wanting to give the Team Member the benefit of the doubt, it took longer than normal to remove the Team Member from the clinic as a provider. For reference, it does take **** weeks to remove a provider completely for all marketing material including direct mail. We offer multiple outlets for our Team Members to reach out if having concerns regarding their People Leader or other situations.

      I've done business with Hearinglife for approximately 10 years. My current hearing aids are 8 years old and out of date.I got a quote for new ones from Hearinglife and another local Audiologist. Hearinglifes price was approximately $3000.00 higher for the same exact hearing aids! So long Hearinglife!

      I went in on 1/12/23 for a volume adjustment on my hearing aids which were purchased here 3 years ago. I was told the lady who does this was on maternity leave. The employee behind the counter set up an appointment for ll:00 am on 2/6/23. She told me that the adjustment would cost $65. I told her that I had not used any of the 3 free visits available during the first year. When she had verified that fact she said she would waive the fee for this first adjustment. Then today when I arrived at the appointment another employee behind the counter said she had no record of my appointment. She however, said that I could have a cancellation opening at 3:00 pm later that day. She said the adjustment would cost $65. I told her about my interaction with the employee in January and that she had waived the charge for this visit. She then told me that the prior employee was no longer with the company and hinted that she had basically been incompetent. She insisted the fee would be $65 and would not budge. I told her to forget it and left rather disgusted.If you are planning to purchase from THIS Hearing Life location please FIRST be aware of he following:1. They hire incompetent employees and will not honor the commitments they make.2. They obviously do not supervise these incompetent employees.3. The management who functions this way is still in charge.4. A customer is NOT worth anything near $65. (Why do they continue to advertise??)5. Unless you have it it writing and signed do not trust anything you are told.You have now been informed.

      We value your patronage and apologize for the miscommunication you have experienced. Service fees are applied when service warranties have expired. Unfortunately, your service coverage through your insurance was only for the first year. An itemized fee list is available for reference within the clinic as well as the option to purchase a service plan package for future need.

      Stop calling! I've blocked your calls and requested multiple times to stop. The company spoofs numbers and is harassing with the constant calls

      Had a 2:00 appt. Called saying Ill be 15 min. late. Got the okay. When I got there I at 2:12, I was denied service because they cancelled my appointment because I was late. I drove 50 minutes to get there. And as a 77 year old senior, driving that far and being denied service when I got approval is not tolerable. ******** (receptionist) should be fired! Address: **** *************** in *******, **. AVOID HEARINLIFE!! Their average rating is 1.4 out of 5. Spend your good money somewhere else.

      Harrassing phone calls! Canceled an appointment at my local office because I had to go out of state for several months and informed them I would follow up upon my return. I kept getting frequent phone calls the week of, and multiple calls a week afterwards about my "missed appointment". I kindly spoke with "*******" more than twice and finally ended up talking with a 3rd caller explaining that the calls have started to become harassment and to take me off the calling list permanently. Sure enough, another "*******" calls again a couple days later about my missed appointment. The incoming calls are from a local number but the message asks to call a different area code.

      Very disappointed, 1 call close. Per my examiner I was told to check with VA since I'm a Veteran. VA wanted a copy of my exam, so I contacted the office and asked them to send the information, I was told they had done so. When a ***************** receives via fax or email it us recorded for security purposes. The office lied about submitting any paperwork, they charged me $85.00 for my copy. Beware of this disorganized ***

      I would not recommend this company to anyone. Treats their employees like c*** You can go to any other hearing aid specialist and get better treatment at half the cost. Calling on all veterans to boycott this company. They were fined in ********* over two million dollars for false advertisment to senior and veterans. So you know if they did it there they're doing it in ****** and the US.

      The phone calls from this company are harassment!! I received 4 phone calls within 5 minutes one day. I told them I was not interested in purchasing anything at that time and to please stop calling. Now today I got a call from yet another one of their locations. Informed them that my next call would be to report them as harassment. My next hearing aids will NOT come from this company.
