I "WON" a $100 "voucher". I called the company, PRIVACY PATROL, LLC. They wanted my credit card data inorder to mail me my voucher; they requested a $1.95 fee to mail me my voucher. Why does a piece of paper cost $1.95 to mail? A first class stamp is 55 cents. Bulk rate postage us .I did NOT trust these people with my credit card information. I don't trust PRIVACY PATROL. Be careful as you claim your $100 prize!!!

I called into their primary number to ask about services that I was paying for. I was hung up on twice and was told by the representative, April, that the company wasnt capable of reading minds. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was hung up on for the second time. I had questions and I got screamed at and belittled. This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. After speaking with the supervisor on shift, I was given a sales pitch and offered a reduced monthly rate. And a statement that said, theres obviously some re-training opportunitys right now. Being treated as though you do not have any kind of comprehensive knowledge of the field is insulting. Being treated like you are ignorant, and incapable of understanding anything that is aggressively thrown your way is a totally different ballgame. Especially given that I have a vast working knowledge of everything the company offers. Ive basically paid ***** monthly for nothing more than a verbal assault by a representative of this organization. Unacceptable and absolutely disgusting.

I was mailed a promotion, called and went ahead with it only to contact customer service inquiring about the service and possible cancellation when I was hung up on twice and left 2 messages asking for confirmation of cancelation and I have yet to receive confirmation, the customer service is horrible I called 3/25/23 11:46 am multiple times to no avail, this is unacceptable behavior from a supposed reputable company

I was balancing my Mother-in-law's checkbook and found 2 debits that were confusing. Upon calling the bank I found out who the company was. Privacy Patrol. Never heard of them. Supposedly my MIL had authorized them to take money out of her account by signing a paper for it. Luckily I go through ALL of my MIL's mail with her and I had never seen anything about this company come through. The lady I spoke with, of course, needed authorization to speak with me and it was given. The lady was rude and very condescending toward me and my MIL. I let her know that we wanted this 'protection' immediately stopped and the money refunded. I was told it would take at least a month for the refund. I will be watching for the refund. This company is a scam and seems to target older individuals.
