  Keep getting cards in mail that I have unclaimed reward..$100 voucher and a phone number to call..Is it a scam

  SCAM. Suddenly had charges on cc that was never used. Started calling each one of the charges (phone numbers on transaction). Each refunded their charge except for when I got to Privacy Patrol. When I asked who they were, the lady said identity theft tracker. I said really.. that is odd because this credit card AND bank account have had quite a number of fraudulent transactions starting in June, same as when your service started. She got angry and said I cant explain why you have all of those transactions. Im just like what??She then refused to refund THIS service and simply stated she would cancel the service! And then quickly hung up before I could ask anymore questions. When I called back it pushed me into a voicemail. So theyre highly SOPHISTICATED THIEVES. If you have this service I would highly recommend that you also monitor your account for sudden unknown charges. A number of random charges on cc start out at $1.95 just to test system? And then they go into recurring amounts of between $30-45/month. I caught it in month 2. And this is on an account (credit card and bank account compromised) of a 91 YEAR OLD person who never uses this credit card. Theyre targeting the ELDERLY so beware. After looking them up online, I saw that They signed him up for the family plan and he is single..? More SCAM. Also when I went onto their website, it states it had a $25000 insurance associated to their plans. Ok, well I want this card credited all of the money that was fraudulently charged vs being hung up on and now pushing my number through to voicemail.SCAM!Honor what youre selling then vs customer service getting angry-isnt that what youre supposed to be doing? Honoring the service youre providing vs getting upset because a caller is calling to find out who they are because they have many unknown charges, including theirs, on a credit card, that is never used and theirs (the one that says theyre an identity theft tracking company) is angry?

  I didn't give them any information on me but my name and the claim number. When she told me I needed to pay .99 cents for the voucher, I asked her why since it was free, told her no take my name off ur list and please don't call afterwards....no getting scammed by these people. No stars on this one

  I wish I could give zero stars.My dad has been billed for this SEVERAL times over the past year. We've been told over the phone the service was cancelled, yet there it is again this month. My 85 year old father was sold a FAMILY PLAN for ***** a month? They say they only sell if you call in, and if he did, I guarantee he thought he was winning something. Thankful his bank flagged it as fraud. But each time, they then cancel his debit card and re-issue it, which is a giant pain. When I emailed, I was told it was cancelled and I should call in, which I did and the representative was SO RUDE, actually saying maybe my father didn't even need to HAVE A DEBIT CARD. Um, excuse me??? Who are you to give advice to my family? S ... capital S for SCUM. If this shows up again, I'm calling my lawyer.

  These customer service people are very RUDE and will hang up on you with no regards THEY ARE SCAMMERS.They promised me $100 **** gift card if i paid $1 for shipping and handling....I recieved NO DEBIT CARD..i disputed my payment

  After reading the info about this company.my gut feeling was right scam scam.i didn't give them a dime only because I only had pre paid card I didn't want to give my credit card number to them.i want them stopped for the handicap and elderly persons they are taking advantage of.what jerks don't give them anything .I told the lady can I come to your house and find you if this is a scam she got scared and got of the phone.i believe we need to stand up to them.o have asked them how do you sleep at night how can they do that to people it's wrong.

  How can you NOT be affiliated with BBB and YOU ARE ALREADY CHARGING $29.85 for PRIVACY PATROL membership!! I dont want this membership! This is really messed up! You just find names and send out envelopes and then automatically start charging a membership! Thats just a load of BS!
