    After seeing MLYFE on social media and the amount of work they do and SHAQ even going there, I decided to check them out and use their services. I paid to have Youtube/Netflix installed on my X5. Whatever they installed never worked and they have been giving me the run around to get my money back. They have me chasing around the person who installed the damn thing in my car. All I want is my money back and to be done with this. SEAN and the installer stopped returning my calls. And the woman that works there is extremely rude. September 6, 2024 was the date of "install". I'll see them in court

    I am writing to file a complaint against MLyfe. My car, a 2020 black Jeep grand Cherokee trackhawk has been in their possession since April 2023 for repairs. Despite having spent over $24,000 with them for these repairs, there has been no significant progress, and my car remains unfinished after 17 months.
    During this time, I have repeatedly contacted the owner Shawn and made several trips—each 3 hours from my home—to check on my vehicle. Every time, I was told that the car would be completed “this month,” but this promise has been made continuously for the past 17 months with no actual progress on the repairs.
    Additionally, because my car has not been returned, I have incurred over $30,000 in rental car expenses. This financial strain forced me to purchase another car for $20,000 to avoid further rental costs. The lack of transparency and continuous delays by Shawn have caused me significant stress and financial hardship.
    I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Shawn but they have not provided a satisfactory resolution or compensation for my considerable expenses.
    I am seeking your assistance to mediate this situation and urge MLyfe to either complete the necessary repairs immediately or compensate me for the costs I have incurred due to their negligence. I would greatly appreciate any support or guidance the BBB can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.     On July ******* I dropped my 2022 Tesla model 3 off at MLyfe to get a wrap, tint, ambient lighting, stars in the ceiling and steering wheel cover. I was given the run around for weeks and when I was finally told to come and pick it up on August 3rd 2024. I was given back my car with a wrap and tint that wasnt even the percentage that I asked for. There was no headliner in because that was still taken out of the car and the steering wheel wasnt even started and there was damage to the steering wheel. I was told the starlights are being worked on but then I went ask to see it myself, I see that it wasnt started yet either. Nothing. I already paid for the services that i didnt receive. I want a refund on my tints and steering wheel as well as the star lights. I came today august 5th,2024 to MLyfe and find out from at least 10 different people that was coming to Mlyfe to get their car done that they were also being lied to and being given the run around. I would come in the girls at the reception would ask me why am I back, your car is done. They proceed to tell me I got everything. But all you had to do was take one look at my car and see that everything was in fact not done. I want my money back for the starlight, for damaging my steering wheel and not covering it, and getting the wrong percentage tints when it says on the receipt.

    On March 30, 2024, I brought my 2018 BMW X6 to MLYFE, A CAR CUSTOMIZATION CENTER to get "tuned up and have exhaust system replaced according to their estimate". A diagnostic test was performed, and I was advised the cost would be $2985.50 to replace the parts and to leave a deposit of $1000.00, and they would notify me when to bring the car back in. After being notified, I had the car towed back to the site and was told that within a week I would receive a call with the status which I never received. For 1 month they gave me the runaround about the parts not being available; I called and visited the site requesting some updated information as my car sat untouched on the lot.
    After numerous calls, texts and visits, on May 23, 2024 SEAN finally contacted me with the status "THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO THE WORK THAT THEY QUOTED". I immediately ask for my $1000 deposit; up to this point I have not received any diagnostic documentation. On May 24, 2024, I had my vehicle removed from their site.
    To date I am continually getting the run around regarding my refund, as SEAN will not answer calls, texts or make any type of communication with me regarding my $1000 refund, again NO WORK WAS DONE ON MY VEHICLE AT ALL, IT SAT ON THE LOT COLLECTING DUST FOR 2 MONTHS.
    They knowingly quoted me for a job that couldn’t be completed as they collected and still are collecting interest on my $1000.00

    MLyfe took a $175 deposit in Jan of 2024 for a light up emblem for my 23 RDX. 6 months later no emblem and been getting the run around from ***** and **** and the nasty women up front. Offer no resolution and lying about every detail. Just holding my money. Ignoring me. Taking legal action.

    Recently, I engaged with Mlyfe NYC, a service provider located at ** ****** ***** *** South Hackensack, NJ, in order to have my car, a 2024 Acura MDX, tuned. However, the experience turned out to be far from satisfactory. I feel deeply disappointed, violated, and disrespected by the services rendered by Mlyfe NYC.

    The service provider assured me that they had tuned my car and charged me a total of $2,132 USD for the service. However, upon further investigation with an authorized Acura dealer, it was revealed that no tuning program or custom tune is available for my car model due to its recent release. As a result, it is evident that the services I was charged for were never performed.

    Moreover, I was also billed $1,279 for a GPS device by Mlyfe NYC. When I contacted the manufacturer for the actual cost of the GPS device, I was informed that it retails for only $97. This stark difference in pricing further raises concerns about the transparency and integrity of the services provided by Mlyfe NYC.

    In light of these circumstances, I am requesting your assistance in pursuing a refund for the unauthorized and misrepresented services I received from Mlyfe NYC. I am prepared to provide you with all relevant documentation, including conversations, photographs, and any additional information necessary to support my case.

    I brought my car to Mlyfe on February 16 to have PPF installed powder, coated, brake calipers, ceramic coating a rear wing installed and wrapped satin black and a carbon fiber diffuser installed. I was originally told it would be done that following Tuesday, which was about four or five days after the drop off. Tuesday came and went with no updates. No answered phone calls, nothing. That following Thursday, I managed to go in and see that no work had been done on the car after two weeks. I wanted to pull the car right then and there but they insisted that they’d have the car done by that Friday the next day Friday came and went as did Saturday Sunday they were closed and on Monday I finally pushed them to finish the car they told me the car will be done at 4 o’clock. I was unavailable to pick the car up so I sent a friend, and he waited until 6 o’clock for them to bring the car out upon bringing the car out. He noticed that the rear wing was installed however, not wrapped satin black, not a big deal so we moved on the car died because it was drained of gasoline so we had to crawl it to a gas station filled up gas as he’s getting there. He almost gets rear-ended by a semi truck Come to find out both rear brake lights were not connected. The infotainment screen was not working and the car had a check engine light and was running very poorly. He brought the car back where they subsequently fix the tail lights by ripping apart, half of the rear of the car yet all the other infotainment, and everything was not resolved the following day in the rain I had noticed through a video sent to me by my friend that they had in fact not ceramic coated, the car which I paid almost $900 for. after seeing all of these issues I am preparing for a roadtrip this coming Friday. I elected to have him take the car to my local Dodge dealership to have them look it over and give it a clean bill of health come to find out the car is 65 codes and needs over $1500 in repairs.

    Brought my car in to get work done they did not complete not even half of what they were supposed to do. They refunded me $600 and I lost $800. My total bill was $1400. This place is terrible. They have nothing but horrible reviews, and everyone is complaining from getting robbed by them.

    They wrapped my vehicle in blue paper, put rim guards on the 4 wheels. The one of the rim guards came off while I was driving and it caused damage to the fender, front and rear passenger side doors. They replaced the fender wrap but not the 2 doors. They claim they ordered the paper but its been more than 2 months. They also put a front lip, trunk tail and rear bumper diffuser. The diffuser is of a different color. The installed ambient lights and after a few weeks, the driver side lights stopped working.

    I went in November 20, 2023 to discuss some things I wanted to get done to my car. I was told the following week the parts they need for the car would be in place and everything would be ready to go. I was ghosted and tried reaching out multiple times and wouldnt get a positive answer as to what is the hold up with my order. I went into the business December 4, **************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** an appointment for December 18, 2023 I then received a text from them a couple days prior that my appointment had to rescheduled for whatever reason. I contacted manager or the guy who I discussed getting things to my car done with, asking if my appointment is actually having to be rescheduled he then told me that he believes it was a mistake and that he will make sure everything else is good. I have been double texting and triple texting and even calling the shop and the number provided, no direct answer
