    I visited this place on Saturday november 30th. they charged me upfront and waited three hours to find out that i need it to come back two days later. I went back on monday november 27th the owner by the name of **** gave me the run around and I told him to just issue a refund. he promised me a refund witch never happened now they are not taking any of my calls I just want a refund

    Scam! Thiefs! They took my money without rendering any services or ordering any car parts and holding my deposit hostage. They will tell you need to cashapp them half the invoice and they will pretend they never got it! Do not order any parts and continue to stall your appointments. Its been 3 weeks of calls and back forth and they refuse to refund my money! They will direct you to a full voicemail and force you to text them. Looks they have a record of doing this to others; read the other reviews. I will take legal action.

    At 2/13/2023 I went to MLYFE to get a down pipe done to the car and he signed me onto a loan for that. After I took my car back I got a call from the Snap Loan saying I owe them 5 thousand dollars so I went to MLYFE to get this problem fixed and they told me all they can do is put what’s on the invoice (apple car play and everything else they added to my invoice) into my car and still pay them the money they say I owe them

    I was asked by a company Mlyfe to bring my car a 1995 chevy caprice in for a full restoration which I dropped off after agreeing to a package price to complete the work in the beginning of September I was given a price and dropped a deposit I was told that it would take two months I’m now on six months I have tried to resolve this many times before contacting your office I have giving them $15,500 my car has not been completed it has been sitting there for 6 months nothing completed not one thing has been completed I have asked for a refund numerous times have countless text messages from the company and the owner (Sean) were I asked for a refund and I’ll tow my car home they will not return my calls they will not answer my calls and when I go there the owner hides from me to let the workers tell me that he’s not there my tire is flat and my window is broken and has been rolled down all winter long I would like help to resolve this with the help from your office I would like a full refund I paid them to do a job that is not done and if we were to go there it will not be done please help me the company is called MLyfe ** ****** ***** ****** ***** ********** nj phone # *** *** ****

    This business needs to be investiga by the authorities. They are defrauding hundreds of innocent people of thousands of dollars. They jerked me around for 6+ weeks. They promised me almost every day that the car was being worked on but it wasn't. I took multiple trips, each for a total of 4 hours to find my car unworked on and a laundry list of lies and excuses. They stopped responding to my texts and phone calls. I instructed them to not work on my car after patiently waiting for 6+ weeks and said that I would pick it up on the date given. That same day they immediately started working on the car to make it undriveable. They literally kidnapped my car and asked for $5K ****** money otherwise I wouldn't get it back. I was forced to pay their invoice for work they never did so I paid it and took my car as quickly as possible. Worth mentioning my car is a 2019 ******* 488GTB. Altogether I spent 3 days and over 30 hours at the shop trying to get my car back. Worse experience of my life, I would stay away from Mlyfe as far as possible. Also worth noting that for the 30 hours I was at the shop, I saw a handfuls of frustrated , upset, angry and disappointed customers like myself. All with the same common denominator...their cars had been at Mlyfe for months and even at times YEARS. This one gentleman said his car has been there for 2 years. I would like to create awareness and stop this injustice to prevent other innocent victims from being taken advantage of. -***************************

    4/28/21 I had an appointment to have my navigation on my 2018 Audi A8 upgraded to apple car play. They said they didnt have the piece and that it would have to be ordered. And Ill receive a tracking number within the week. I paid them upfront $1100 and was suppose to get a call back. After a month I tried contacting them to no avail. May 7th they responded saying. No word back on may 10 they finall responded saying no shipping Info yet and theyll work on it and get back to me soon. May ***** I tried contacting nothing finall may 15 they response back. They said theyll ************** again by next week lmk about the shipping info and asked for my contact info and theyll get back to me. May 20- Jun 16 Ive called message no response until June.16,2021 *** response being the owner was hey ***** we spoke on the phone we are in contact with our colleagues LM in ******* in regards to the order, they provided us with helpful info, the order was stuck in customs for clearance. We have a big shipment coming, should be here any day now. Super excited to work on youre car ??and transform it, will keep you posted???? thank you for your patience.mlyfe fam I tried asking for a refund but they said no since its a piece that was ordered for my car even tho so long had passed they blamed it on shipping. After that I tried contacting on and off no response. I lost contact with them since I didnt store the number or remember their Instagram page until Finally December 21 2022 I came across their page and had my entire conversation there. I let them know I no longer have the car and would like a refund and then once again the ignoring and no answering starts not even their business number calls or text not responded. I have proof of all this including **** the owner responding. As of today 12/28 I spoke to ***** the sales manager and once again **** is not there. Supposedly I will get a call back. Once I heard that I came back here to finish this because ** getting the run around again

    THIS PLACE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LIE ABOUT THE WORK DONE. IM DJ SPINYFE and Mlyfe took my money and lied about everything. i asked for a refund and they wont answer the phone and everytime i go up there, SHAWN hides like a lil girl. They say they are the best but are actually the worse. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WONT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

    Please I'm warning you don't go to mlyfe. They are big lairs and are very unprofessional. My next step is a law suit. They lied and said they gave me new tires rims and breaks and all they did was paint my rims, and put a break cover over the breaks and said they was new breaks. This is Dj spinlyfe and Mlyfe is not the place to go for your car.

    I purchased custom vehicle upgrades in March 2022. I paid a deposit of $4,600 for the work. I was told that it would take about 2 weeks for the parts to come in, and after about 3 weeks, I reached out. I was told it would be another 2 weeks, so, just to give it time, I waited another 4 weeks to follow up. I was finally given a date to bring my vehicle in, and was told it would take about 2 business days to complete. I waited about one week and half to follow up after I didn't hear anything, and when I went to the lot, my vehicle was still sitting there incomplete. I spoke to one of the owners and was told that a part was missing so there was a delay - so I took my vehicle, and waiting about 3 weeks to reach out to see when I could bring the vehicle in. I was given a date and brought it in. On 3 occasions, over the course of 4 weeks, I stopped by to see the status, and saw that my vehicle was still sitting in the same place. It was at this point (3 months since I paid for the work) that I decided to take my vehicle and was told I could work with the owner to receive a refund from them, for not being able to complete the work. It has been a month since I picked up my vehicle, and have not heard from the owners, nor are they answering my calls.

    I planned on getting interior ambient lighting with Mlyfe located in **********. I was told to leave as little as $350 in order to get the process started and that I would receive a call back within a week when the parts arrived . I gave 1/2 of the original price for the deposit which is $950. I made the payment 7/11 and never received a call back from them stating my parts came. Today 8/2 I called they stated they can not give me a refund and the money was used to order the parts. Im know that the parts dont cost $950 and they are refusing to refund me .
