I have asked multiple times for them to stop calling, Im no longer interested. I get multiple calls a day. I blocked them from calling, and I will get phone calls from different locations. I responded to the text to stop calling as well. They are still continuously harassing me every day! This has been going on for weeks now.Business Response

We entered into a November 2022 agreement with Momentum Solar to have solar panels installed onto our home and for Momentum Solar to handle all permitting issues. After three months of miscommunication on their part, Momentum Solar improperly installed the solar panels without undertaking the proper rough inspection of the brackets alone and advised that they would schedule the necessary electrical, construction and fire inspections with our municipality. I then learned that they were not supposed to install the panels without the rough inspection, resulting in the construction inspectors requiring a rough inspection of the brackets. After the panels were removed, the bracket inspection failed. Since then, we have had no less than four installation corrections/inspections at our house, which required access to our home interior, without any warning by the company. In other words, Momentum would simply show up unannounced and expect to gain access to our house. Additionally, there remains a ripped open dry wall in the garage, where they were supposed to install an access panel for the electrical work. Most recently, the project failed the electrical inspection because Momentum incorrectly installed the ground wire. An electrical inspector and Momentum tech was supposed to be at our house between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. today (Saturday). The Momentum truck arrived at 8 a.m., it then left at about 10:30 a.m. without notice or explanation. I tried contacting Momentum repeatedly and was offered no explanation for what occurred, leaving us to continue waiting at our home in case the inspector arrived. At this time, we are unaware of whether we failed inspection again, whether the inspector cancelled or whether there were any issues. There is limited to no communication from the company throughout this entire process. They claim to be "opening a ticket", which never resolves the problem. Approximately 7 months after signing a contract for the solar panels, the panels still have not passed final inspection and remain inactive.Business Response

Her final building inspection passed on 5/26/2023, and the final electrical inspection passed on 7/1/2023. ******************** sheetrock is scheduled to be repaired on 7/25/2023. He also told me that the engineering visit might have been able to get me more panels and he was going to look and see. I am no fool if he does come back with more panels my monthly payment goes up.Business Response

Let's see if they finally perform.

Fraud False Pricing.Mr.************************* from Momentum Solar and I agreed apond a price for whole house solar power for my home. This was whole house solar power from the panels in the day time and whole house power coming from the batteries at night time paying nothing to the utility company. In the middle of installing the system the installtion election told me that the batteries that they were installing were not enough battery power to power my whole house at night. He told me with what the salesman told me about the night time power for my whole house they (Momentum Solar) needed to install more batteries to be enough power to power my whole house at night. The company Momentum Solar wants *** change the price so I would have to pay more money for enough batteries to power my house at night. That is not what the salesman Mr. ************************* and I agreed apond for the price of the solar system for my total house. To me this is a bate and switch by the Momentum company. Changing the price of the job after the price of the system was already been agreed apond by the salesman Mr. ************************* and my self is (fraud). My suggestion would be to stay away from this company they are not to be trusted they are a rip-off. The contract for the Solar system said after the system was up and running I would for 60 days I would received a $4,00.00 cash payment from my utility company for installing solar batteries. I have not received any money for the utility company as of yet June 20, 2023.Business Response

Mr. *** previously raised an issue with Momentum that took several months to resolve. Momentum offered significant concessions to make the situation right with Mr. **** and the resolution was encapsulated in a release. ************ current issue is with the utility, not Momentum Solar.
