      This company has harassed me for weeks with unremitting solicitation calls. I have requested to be taken off the call list to no avail.

      I was employees here for 5 months and soon leaving I was promised my last 750$ check. 2 months have went by I have not received it or gotten any communication back from company. I have text thread to prove they dont keep their word.

      Sales people beware. Got fired with no write up or any formal complaints and they dont pay you your commissions. I emailed HR several times requesting commission owed and they sent me a response saying they dont pay for installs after you dont work there and I was requesting commission owed prior to that and theyre ghosting me. As far as homeowners thinking of going solar with them beware you could get lost or ignored because the sales representatives are your main contact and I had messages from clients I could do nothing for sense I was not getting commission from them.

      This is the third Momentum Solar salesperson who ignored the two no-soliciting signs on the property. If there's a class action lawsuit pending for this company, I'd like to join it.

      Got a new roof installed before I got solar panels installed all done by momentum was told my roof had a 20 year warranty, this was May of 2019. May of 2025 a storm came through I need to replace my roof called momentum to see if warranty is still good of they say it was only good for 5 years and I can only use them to remove and reinstall the panels otherwise it will void the warranty on the solar panels. Then they offered to have their roofers to replace my roof otherwise they have to charge to remove and reinstall the solar panels. Now I'm on a wait list for them to contact me about removing solar panels. Wouldn't recommend using momentum solar it's too hard to communicate with them and you get the run around. I definitely regret using them

      A worker showed to my door. I welcome her to obtain information and see what happens. I did not authorize anything, I signed as they told me to every time they gave me information. They said this is only saying I provided the information I never heard from them for a few months until a man name *** called a couple times and left voicemails as well as texted me from 2 different numbers stating that my new design was completed. I told him no one has ever contacted me in months and he said he didnt know anything about that. I told him I was not moving forward and to move forward and a year later they started harassing me and sending me cancellation fees. I cancelled verbally with the sales person. You never authorized anyone to come by or put panels and now they are trying to charge you $1900. Besides the agreement they claimed I signed does NOT outline any type of cancellation fee clause.

      Had a man come to my house and the sales guys admitted to reading the no solicitation sign and said he wasnt soliciting. Then became hostile cursing when I told him to leave. And started to case my house. When I said I was calling police he said I was a snitch. Which to me implies he was doing something shady if reporting him considered me a snitch. This company has to be illegal or scamming people. Sat in front of my house for 15 mins with this altercation trying to get him to leave my property. Police were notified and a report was made. Also alerting the community as I have ring video and pictures of this low life.

      I have had momentum solar for a year. All of my panels stopped working on the 4th of May. I have made no less than 6 phone calls to customer service who does absolutely nothing except say they will send an email request to the service department to call me to schedule a ***air. The service department has not contacted me, customer service stated they cannnot give me the email or phone number for the service department, but they will send an email! Im still expected to pay for the solar panels and now I have to pay my full electric bill (*****) and all I get is outsourced customer service stating oh we will send an email. I called the sales *** who stated they may not have anyone in ***** to fix the panels and immediately dumped my call back to outsourced customer service! My next step Is the Texas Attorney General and my local news.
