      This company has been awful. They ran over my water line and said they didnt do it. Their managers sided with the drivers said they didnt run over it. Very frustrated would not recommend this company at all

      I too wish I could give them zero stars. We purchased washer/dryer from Lowes. ***** hires this company who then turns around and hires a third party to do the delivery and pickup. We exchanged the washer/dryer for a new set but the old set had to be picked up first. The men who picked up the original set damaged our door and door jam and flooring frame removing the set. We were instructed by ***** that we had to reach out to this company. We finally received a notice in the mail to file a claim with barely any time left on the clock to get it filed. All of this took place in August thru September of last year. To date we have not heard a word from them. I am hoping this review will prompt them to return my phone call and send us the damages it cost to repair the home.

      I am a home healthcare aide, I was at a patients house when the house next door had a lumber delivery. The delivery driver dumped a pallet of lumber onto my car. ****** assured me and the delivery driver assured me that it would be taken care of but nothing has happened. I have called and left messages no response, it has been 2 months now so they are obviously not taking care of it. Very unprofessional and s***** company to deal with.

      I had a washer and dryer delivered on 12/7/22. I had purchased new washer hose connections, a steam kit for the dryer, and a dryer vent to be put on the new washer and dryer, the installer put the old connections on. They also delivered the washer and dryer with no leveling legs. The installer left so quick afterwards and never gave me a chance to look anything and didnt notice the deficiencies until about an hour after they were gone. I contacted the installer directly as I had his number from him contacting me before he came to my house. The installer said he would come back in about 30 minutes to fix the issues. 4 hours went by and he never came back. I attempted to call him back directly and he was not answering his phone. By the end of the same day, I then contacted the delivery service company with the issues, in which, they assured me that the issues would be fixed and they would send out another installer the next day. The next day came and nobody came back. By the end of the next day I contacted the delivery service back again and they said they would send somebody the next day. The next day came and they sent somebody, however; that installer only came to put on the leveling legs for the washer and dryer and install the steam kit on the dryer. When I asked him why he wasnt putting on the new washer and dryer connections, he said that wasnt on his work order so he could not do that. He left then I contacted the company back again and just requested a refund for the parts that werent put on. The representative said they still needed to come back and put the new connections on as my old connections on the new washer and dryer could void the manufacturer warranty. Over an entire week went by until 12/16/22 before they sent somebody back out to put the new connections on. There is a big disconnect between the companys call center and installers and a lack of timeliness in correcting customers deficiencies. I will never use this delivery service again.

      We deeply apologize, as this could have all been avoided if the first team had followed procedure. We should have been able to complete all the work at that time. The only obstacle that we would have ran into was the old hoses being stuck. One of our managers has spoken to the team, as well as Lowes to make sure all our service calls have detailed notes on what is needed, so that this kind of issue does not happen again. We regret the delay this caused you and appreciate your patience and understanding. Happy Holidays to you and your family!

      Like countless other disappointed customers, I would give a 0 star rating if I could. Their employees and a MANAGER caused a gas leak in our house because they incorrectly hooked up our gas range and dryer. We need to have them hooked up all over again, which when done correctly, will be expensive. This is a TERRIBLE company!

      Our team went out on 9/23 for a range, washer, and dryer delivery. They encountered an issue with the dryer and found out the existing connection to the dryer was copper. Our team is not supposed to do any sort of dryer removal or new connections that involve copper lines. As a favor, the team decided to try and figure out the situation and try to hook up the dryer and get it connected. Once connected, the connection was poor. The customer contacted the store to let them know there was a gas leak. Once we were informed, we contacted the customer to make sure they were okay. The customer let us know they were alright and that they would be contacting a plumber to fix the situation. We made sure you had our information in case you needed us to return. We also reached back out but did not hear back from you.

      According to professionals who later inspected the dryer, your employees attempted an unsafe connection of the dryer and failed. Also the range was leaking gas as well. And your employees tried to connect it to the wall outlet with a surge protector, which apparently never should have happened either. I suggest you retrain your staff on basic policies and procedures.
